If a woman has sex with the man even once a week, over 10 years that comes out to 520 times. 2% of that is 10 times when the condoms fail (assuming 98% effectiveness). The way I understand it, the report says that 1 in 5 women will get pregnant when they essentially have condomless sex 10 times over 10 years, which doesn't sound unreasonable. Keep in mind that these 10 times are an average, so for some people, condoms may never fail, for others they may fail more, for others still they may fail …

Seriously, OP should have linked it himself. Give credit where credit is due.

In general, the rule is do heavier, compound exercises first. I don't think I've ever seen anyone recommend the opposite. So don't leave squats till the end. Do them first. To help you with more theory Omar has some good videos. I think two general rules from him are applicable here: Stop with one rep left in you. As he said, if you go to failure on too many sets in the beginning of your workout, you blow your load too quickly and are then too tired for the rest of the workout. If you don't "des…

Yeeeeah, i wouldn't squat or deadlift every single day. Both of those hit your lower back and you need 48 hours to recover any muscle. If you hit your lower back every single day with non-pussy weights, you WILL break it sooner or later.

Check out the subreddit for bodyweight fitness. I think they have a lot of good stuff. Do sprints. Do weighted sprints. Do weighted sprints up a hill or up the stairs. Do sprints. Also, do a lot of stretching because when you do get to the gym, you'll have the proper mobility to do the exercises correctly. Check out Kelly Starrett - he has a lot of great mobility videos which will help you in the gym later AND will help with your posture which is arguably more important than just being big.

I think it's more the 34% who say they know someone who has done it. Women love to tell on other women, so 34%-40% is probably the right number. EDIT: As user 000000100 pointed out, my logic is wrong.

I was once sitting in the window seat (one of four seats facing each other) with three young women in the other 3 seats. A pregnant lady walks towards the seats and all three looked at me, like I should be the one to give up the seat. That was one of the first instances of female entitlement that I saw.

My thoughts exactly!!! I've discovered this subreddit a few months ago and since then the picture has become clearer on what I need to do to improve myself, but I can't focus or motivate myself to do some things I know I want to do. I enjoy the gym, so I go almost every day. No problem there. But the mental work is beyond my reach. I was one of the smartest in my school, and got all A's with almost no work. But when I got to university (that's exactly 10 years ago now), lots of work was required…

What I'm saying is that if she has all the evidence she claims she does, it sounds like a pretty solid case of rape. The video evidence, the witness testimony, etc. It seems obvious to me that if you have all this strong evidence, you would go through with the charges. But she didn't. What probably happened is that the investigator started questioning the evidence, like, was the video of her passed out taken in the morning instead of at night? Were your friends too drunk to clearly remember what…

On the one hand, she says she has video evidence of her passed out, on the other hand, she didn't present that evidence to the police and didn't go through with the charges. Why? Because there is probably no evidence. I posted a comment saying that the court process is tough by design because you need to be 100% sure of everything when talking about sending a man to jail. The comment was never posted. Censored by the Guardian. But look at all the other comments about cutting off that man's balls…

I wonder, if it is really easy to prove that the woman was lying, could the accused guy file a civil lawsuit for some kind of "mental stress" or libel or something like that? Actually, to take it further, could the accused file some disciplinary motion against the prosecutor for failing to prosecute an obvious crime (filing false charges) to compel them to prosecute the girl? Perhaps it should be some charity filing those cases instead of the guy so that the prosecutor couldn't pressure the guy …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
