Confidence has to genuinely exist within you, it's not something that you can fake. Take actions everyday that will help you be a better person. After you've been doing this for a while you'll start building momentum and the confidence will come naturally. Go to the gym, eat a healthy diet, dress well, read, crush it everyday at work or school, smile and start conversations, get a good night's sleep, etc. Do these things everyday. I don't have low self worth at all. If you look at my post it says "my inner game has never been better." I've been consistently lifting, and eating a healthy diet for years. I have a strong social circle, hence my point about accepting invites, I get a fair amount of them. I just haven't been acting on anything.

My personal opinion, I would not recommend tinder or other online platforms for someone in your situation. Using them will allow you to not fix your problem of approaching and learning how to talk to people in real life. Dinner and a movie is probably one of the worst first date ideas you can come up with. That's a lot of time for a first date imo. I usually keep first dates to 1-2 hours max. Then if shes interesting and it goes well I'll go on longer dates from there.
