Thank you for replying. My severely low self-esteem is a long term thing for sure, it's like 'well no one has ever said otherwise, so why shouldn't I believe I'm unattractive/boring etc?' but I definitely need to work on it. Thank you for replying. I have hobbies outside work but they tend to be quite solitary like reading, cycling, going to the theatre. I've been to meet-ups for those but they're mostly female-dominated! I would definitely prefer to meet someone IRL but I spend so much time online that I figured I'd be missing out not dating online.
