Hey man, obviously you've been fucking up a little bit but just to let you know you're not the only one out there in these types of situations. You can't let a girl control your life. I was in a similar type of situation and the most important aspect is cutting off all contact. Seriously. People have been recommending separating yourself from the outcome and that's probably the best advice. However cutting off contact is probably an easier babystep to that goal.
