i doubt it was mangina-ness that stopped him pressing charges. he would have had to wait at the scene till an officer could take his complaint and that wait could have been hours. looking at him its distinctly possible he is a father or husband who may be providing for a family and might not be able to miss out on hours of work on a busy weekend night. its unfortunate but sometimes you can't stop working because every penny can count these days.
