There’s absolutely no reason to be this unjustifiably angry at your parents for getting you a common procedure. 1	I filed a petition for paternity testing today. oh, New York is a nasty state and apparently the only state that does that. Couldn’t imagine you get cheated on and need to go through a long court battle to find out if a child is yours. 1	I filed a petition for paternity testing today. go see the child and do a cheek swab with a pharmacy paternity test kit. use that information before you take the legal route. legal route will inevitably have 2 options: 1. Prove the child isn’t yours 2. Prove it’s yours and start a full process of you having to pay full child support with difficulty ever getting any custody because you were never in the child’s life.
