Mental development is different for literally everyone, so should we judge it case-by-case? That would take forever, and how can you scientifically determine if a person understands right and wrong? I wish it was super simple, but it's not. Minors get tried as adults for rape anyways, but the system doesn't work perfectly all the time. I'm not really sure how the law works when a minor rapes an adult. It couldn't possible be still tried against the adult as statutory rape, could it? 1	There can be no Male Spaces: Girls fight for their 'right' to join the Boy Scouts I'm curious as to what people think about this reasoning: I think gay people should be allowed to participate in the same activities as anyone, but one of the reasons Boy Scouts is separate from girls is to reduce relationship drama and sexual distraction to allow boys to focus on outdoor and life skills. Boys Scouts sleep in unsupervised tents together, and this could be solved by requiring single person tents, but that might alienate gay scouts from the rest of the troop. Part of the reason we don't see feminists that agree with a men's movement is that the feminists we do hear, being the loud ones, are often radical and non-representative of the whole of feminism. For example I know a non-vocal feminist that supports selective-service for women.
