You could just flirt with her over text till break. Tbh you are crossing some weird boundaries here bro. You can’t be mad about being friendly texting buddy while she’s hooking up with other guys cause you aren’t her boyfriend. There’s nothing you can do about that. What circumstances are you on about? That he cares about her and puts her before anything else going on? And how do you know they haven’t fucked. And do you fuck people you aren’t close to? And so...? we don’t if she actually has true feelings for him and we don’t know if this will maybe become a relationship in the future. Regardless of all that, he obviously really cares about her and WANTS to be there for, they are emotionally attached to each other in some way or another. I agree^ also I think this guy is kind of insensitive. I’m not trying to be rude but she obviously was sick to some degree to make her throw up twice and then you call her boring. Ouch. Was she supposed to vomit twice and then come out of the bathroom with some exciting convo topics or her clothes ripped off ? Probably not.
