15	Why It's Easy to Become a "Dopamine Whore" and How to Prevent It Same. Stopped watching TV and reading newspapers in early 2000s. I remember that the reason I've stopped watching was really weird. It was the blue lighting that was very popular at the time. Especially on quiz shows. It made me anxious. Thing is, when I have to wach TV or visit a news site, it really affects my mood. 3	Intermittent Fasting 101 So you can eat your breakfast at 10 and have dinner at 6pm and believe that you are fasting. Don't kid yourself. LG works cause it is ketogenic and cuts calories not because of intermittent fasting. 16/8 is not fasting at all. I have been eating one huge meal a day, a late dinner, for most of my adult life.
