McDonald's is a huge company with I'm sure very good lawyers I do it she'd win ad the video shows she's the instigator not the other way round. Regardless of whether or not she was waiting 25 minutes she shoulda remained calm asked for her money back and if they refused take them to court as they have no legal right to refuse
