1	If you were a manager, would you hire a woman? No. I don't run a company, but I work in one that has 10 employees + the owner, all of them males. I've seen enough times what placing a woman in a community of men does, even if she's a perfectly fine, competent and non-crazy. Guys just work together. You can throw all kinds of humour around without worry. There's also the unfortunate fact of human nature and reproduction and all. It just changes the dynamic in all sorts of undesirable ways.
