| 8 | Here's My Thing With The Red Pill....If you thought "just being yourself" works, you wouldn't be lurking on this subreddit. Also, improve your writing skills, mate. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/11/17 02:52 AM |
| -1 | How commitment killed attraction and freedom reignited it.If you find yourself writing more than a paragraph or two about an individual woman, you have a terminal case of oneitis. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/11/17 02:41 AM |
| 0 | In need of psychotherapy for PTSD, social anxiety, depression, etc? Make sure to choose a *male* therapist. It's one of the most fraudulent practices of medicine, (in my opinion) one of the biggest wastes of money as well. If you want to change yourself, you have to look toward yourself for change or improvement. I have problems of my own, and I fit the bill for "needing therapy", but I don't use it, because it's a pathetic crutch. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/11/17 06:39 PM |
| -6 | In need of psychotherapy for PTSD, social anxiety, depression, etc? Make sure to choose a *male* therapist.Internet discussion threads definitely aren't the same thing as wasting your time and money venting to a person who can't change you directly. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/11/17 12:32 AM |

| 2 | September 01 - Weekly Improvement & Progress ThreadThis summer (standard High School summer, June-August) I've lost 16lbs. Maintained the weight over the last 4 weeks for mental health reasons, and today forced myself to re-install and begin using my favorite calorie counting app - as my school year is about to begin which will make my life become more disciplined/cyclic, thus making the calorie counting easier for me. I have poor discipline, but I'm proud that I made myself do it. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/09/17 07:22 PM |
