Thanks. I'm not a troll. I'm not too familiar with the area, so venue swap could be tough. I should probably try to pick her up so we're at her place together at the end of the night?

I like older women, not exclusively, but I'm very attracted to her. I have decent smv, but issues with self esteem and self perception I think.

A career shift seems daunting. I guess it's all about the struggle and I should just dive in.

Thanks bro, I'm thinking getting laid will be less time intensive than a career shift, maybe I'll focus on that first.

So 20 minutes of reading every night, I can handle that. I do have anxiety. I will check out that book, thanks.

I think my brain chemistry had begun to adjust to the daily phenibut and the week of insomnia was due to returning to homeostasis. So withdrawal.

Thanks, I'll look into the CBT, I'm seeing a psychologist but he's never heard of phenibut. Taking it twice a week on non-consecutive days seems to be safe and consistent for me. Are there any safer drugs you know of for GABA deficiency?

I've read a lot about phenibut, there are many "non-responders" and this is probably why it's still unregulated in most countries. But to me this stuff is better than alcohol, opiates, amphetamines, cocaine. The only drugs that make me feel as good are psychedelics. Tolerance to phenibut builds quickly and withdrawal from this stuff is bad, many people report landing in the hospital after months of daily usage. I took it for 5 days straight and still had a withdrawal for about a week, the worst …

lexapro made it really hard to orgasm, and sex didn't feel as good, that was the main reason I quit. I was also sweating in my sleep, and feeling lightheaded randomly throughout the day.

I was prescribed lexapro but it gave me all kinds of side effects, I stopped taking it. Any drugs that come to mind I should ask for?

That's pretty much what I do but then what? It starts a Jekyll and Hyde type thing where I have to schedule everything around the Phenibut days.

Interesting. I lift on my lunch break, but sometimes I'll do a 90 minutes yoga class after work and I do feel carefree afterwards. It doesn't seem to happen 100% of the time through, you think pre workout is part of the formula?

Why does masturbation feel so much better than sex? Any tips on improving sex? I've recently read NMMNG and the recommendation of healthy masturbation, and I've been doing that about once a week.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
