...and you've got to remember that those bitches hitting the fuck you button or quickly killing the conversation could have their boyfriend in the room, or another chad. Or maybe they were on the rag, or maybe they were feeling angry at the world... whatever, responses like that are mostly because of the chick's feelings at the time. And that chick with her boyfriend in the room might be down to text you all night just for the validation of it. Getting the fuck you button is a gift in the sense …

You, as a man, have two SMVs. Your current, actualized SMV, which is a specific, concrete number, and is the product of your past actions; and your future, potential SMV, which is whatever you want it to be, and will be decided by your future present actions. FTFY. You won't get big n sexy because you're totally going to start lifting tomorrow. You'll be sexy tomorrow because of what you do today.

You try to make it sound so politically correct but reality doesn't conform to political correctness. Embrace the conroversy of knowing that any given 30 year old woman has the emotional maturity of a teenager.

While we're on the topic of representation, why don't we talk about the real elephant in the room? The ultimate oppressed class. One of the few classes of individuals who have ZERO representitives in congress and the senate combined. That's right, I'm talking about children. With no representatives, there's not a single person looking out for their well being and nobody to prevent them from being opressed without mercy. 25% of the population is younger than 15 years old so there's NO reason why …

I get complimented on my physique occasionally and I work out 2 times a week for 30 minutes. 1. hr. per. week. The difference between nothing and barely anything is huge. Anyone who won't invest 1 hr/week towards living a longer, healthier, happier life not only lacks any shred of self respect but is also a fucking idiot. But if you're truely a fatty, that doesn't matter because the biggest mistakes you're making are in the --kitchen-- drive-through.

You're right, it's deception but only by omission. It IS misleading (while not strictly a lie) to give a girl solid advice for taking on an impossible challenge without mentioning that there's no hope... Regardless, if a dude is ever talking to one of my plates/FWBs, I hope he gives honest advice but leaves out the "no hope" part. Hope keeps em spinning w minimal effort.

What's the best advice we could give her for winning a guy's commitment? Be feminine, keep his stomach full, and keep his balls empty. Would you not want someone giving your plate that advice?

I understand exactly what he's saying. I have a super religious side to my family and attending their weddings makes me envious. The women are feminine and their chastity is guarded by a fear of god. They all are extremely traditional, most of the toxic of modern western culture hasn't reached them. Their isolation via home/private schooling and tight church community have done a good job of shielding them from this blight so far. I'd honestly love to live that life but I value my time too much …

If you could only read one, I'd recommend The Rational Male. It's more organized and the information is every bit as eye opening. It's also a more entertaining read in my opinion.

I strongly suggest you try doing sprints on a stationary bike. Easier on the joints/muscles. I've done a lot of HITT on the bike and have never cramped up. I don't have a history of cramps though so take this with a grain of salt.

Sounds fucking weird but I have personal, positive experience with going in for an intimate kiss and then suddenly licking her face instead. Good for after sex, I've never tried it on a first date. Or tell her "hey I'm gonna give you a (face) hickey real quick" like it's no big deal and go for it. She'll squeal and squirm and wrestle with you a little. Peeing on her feet in the shower can be funny too. A few times when we're laying in bed I've said "baby I want your mouth on my cock.. so I can p…

I was in a very similar boat and can say from experience: having a girlfriend is the comfortable route. It's easy, laid back, you get some easy ass here and there. In fact, if you're looking for comfort, try microwavable meals. They're delicious and super easy. Maybe get a nice comfy couch and watch netflix more often too. I don't think you're actually looking for the comfortable route. Sounds like you're hungry for improvement. Whatever time you're planning on spending on your LTR, spend it mee…

palimony This is the first time I've heard this term. I assume it's either (1) money awarded when two, unmarried cohabitors split up or (2) I'm over-analyzing a typo?

Let's say I have 5 venomous snakes in cages. Two of them have been de-fanged and are harmless, the other 3 have not and can bite and kill you. Each cage has a stack of $5,000 in it. Should I reach into one of the cages to grab the money, or should I just assume, for my own personal safety and protection, that all of the snakes have fangs? This is not the way I understand AWALT. A better analogy might be: Let's say I have 5 venomous snakes in cages. Two of them have been raised in captivity, have…

That's actually true. Women are attracted primarily to social status (note that the "halo effect" means your looks do influence your social status) while men are attracted to youth and beauty.

And don't forget the most enlightening verse of all. This one is also from Dear Future Husband: I'll be sleeping on the left side of the bed Open doors for me and you might get some... kisses I was thrown off when I first heard this verse. I expected the word head to end the second line as it follows her rhyming scheme. Don't have a dirty mind She knows what I expected. Just be a classy guy and buy me a ring Buy, buy me a ring This verse is blatantly self-explanatory. I couldn't even believe how…

I can't help but notice how she talks about taking a man's virginity as "popping his cherry." It's almost as if she's trying to convince everyone (i.e. herself) that the value of a man and woman's virginity (and by extension, their sexual experience) are equivalent.

TRP didn't prevent my "life-crisis" but caused it in my 20s when I have enough time and freedom to actually do something about it.

In this context, fasting does not mean eating less, it means eating less often. It's the difference between eating 5 × 600 kCal meals vs 2 × 1500 kCal meals. Skipping breakfast is not normal, you're right. A lot of what is discussed here is not normal.

I was vegetarian for two years and vegan for about half that time. I wanted to get bigger and stronger so I started doing my research and paying attention to my protein intake. Getting enough protein via whole foods is nearly impossible. Lentils/split peas are too loaded with starchy carbs (8g protein/100 kCal) and even nuts are mostly fat/carbs (4g protein/100 kCal). For reference, chicken has 19g protein/100 kCal. Soy protein products can have up to 22g/100kCal so that's the route I went. If y…

I would have had to go silent immediately after she said she wanted to be a stripper. My window of opportunity for that move has passed. At this point, I think a down grade will have to be accompanied with a little chat about respect and commitment.

Talking to a group of recovering alcoholics about drinking in moderation won't get a good response either. Some people have been so fucked up by alcohol that they can't just have a few drinks on the weekends like most of us. Although I can't speak from personal experience, I imagine nofappers are in a similar situation.

I did it for about 3 months. Maybe everyone reacts to it differently but my sex drive plummeted after the first month. I had just gotten out of a LTR and was focusing on myself (aka I was too much of a pussy to pursue anyone) so I wasn't terribly worried about that. In other news, energy in other areas of my life skyrocketed. My motivation for school work and fitness was absurd. That semester I finally started and stuck to a lifting regiment and also got a 4.0 despite taking 4 chemistry classes.…

Maybe there's still a silver lining: natural selection is still alive and well. “A decade ago, a campaign by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine sparked a vicious backlash. Ads on public buses in several big cities featured a baby bottle shaped like an hourglass, to warn women their time was running out. But women’s rights groups called it a scare tactic that left women feeling pressured and guilty.” Feminism is actively fighting the idea that a woman should settle down early. The wom…

It's fucking simple. If a woman doesn't want to have a child, she should be on the pill. If a man doesn't want to have a child, he should have options to express his reproductive rights as well (condoms are good but we all know guys hate condoms... myself included). All those arguments made my women saying "i wouldn't trust my boyfriend with my reproductive system" are fucking horse shit. The only thing a male birth control pill would provide these women (who are apparently scared that their for…

The only practical way to stop sperm production is to inhibit testosterone receptors, or production. oh well look at you mr. I know everything about human anatomy. Humans are not only complex but also clever. I'm sure there are humans out there who are clever enough to take advantage of our complexity and make a male contraceptive that doesn't have crazy side effect. Have some faith
/r/TheRedPill22/03/14 08:56 PM

Humans are more complex than birds of paradise, human females look for more than height in a mate. Increasing social status will be far more valuable to a man looking to attract mates than a few inches of height

True that, being short is like playing the game on hard mode. It sucks but it's that much more satisfying when we succeed.
