Dude. My biggest advice is work on your own self improvement and your goals. I was very similar. At 22 I've only been with one girl in a toxic relationship. I felt like I was missing out on alot of wild stuff too. It wasn't until like my 30s where I really started to explore with the right set of women. You gotta find yourself 1st if that makes sense.

Footsies tends to work like a charm. I know at the table or bar the hand caresses are nice but footsies kinda adds a little mischievous kinda flirt. It's actually kinda simple to initiate. I playfully nudge my date's foot under the table a little and I smile. Girls tend to like the surprise and they play right back. Eventually it turns into a nice little foot cuddle and sets a romantic tone for your date.
