This post has nothing to do with seduction...
/r/seduction24/02/15 02:27 PM

BWAAHAHAHHAHAHA that's the cheesiest thing I ever heard.
/r/seduction18/02/15 08:28 PM

Bingo. It appears as if everyone here likes the drama of thinking you only have one shot at a girl and you either nail it, fail miserably, or get stuck in friend zone purgatory.
/r/seduction05/02/15 07:34 PM

Isn't that the goal of this sub?
/r/seduction05/02/15 07:32 PM

If you're hoping a girl will change her mind you will probably be waiting a long time That's my point though, she won't just spontaneously change her mind about the same you. If you change, that changes the entire dynamics. I'm not saying for some schmuck to wait around hoping she all of the sudden falls for him. HE has to improve his attraction, thus negating any sort of friend zone concept where a man is forever trapped in this unfuckable realm. That's the part I'm disagreeing with.
/r/seduction05/02/15 06:57 PM
2

I disagree with that. I don't think it's ever too late to change someone's mind. It takes YOU to change first though. You really don't think women ever become interested in someone they weren't previously interested in?
/r/seduction05/02/15 06:45 PM
10

I vote we should stop using the word "friend zone" and call it "you never had a chance anyway." The "friend zone" is a shitty excuse for just not being interesting/attractive enough.
/r/seduction05/02/15 05:14 PM

Continue dating them both. You'll know. You probably already know in your own head, you're just still hanging on to the idea of the potential with the other one.
/r/seduction20/01/15 09:34 PM

You're probably trying too hard, and it shows. I think the best "seductors" are either naturals or have learned how to internalize the information they learn about seductions and BECOME a natural seductor.

You're way overthinking a compliment dude.

thinking "no shit" Wow, if the women you compliment have a "no shit" moment after, I would want nothing to do with them. Genuine, kind people are always flattered by a compliment. Only someone conceited would be thinking "duh, I already know that." To each their own though, those just aren't the type I go after. I also don't think that is the only thing OP said to her in that entire conversation so I don't really know why you're basing your criticism of his execution on that...

The best thing to do if you like that barista or other customer service rep is to be friendly, make quick conversation and just stop by regularly. That's exactly what I meant by brief "hi" conversations.
/r/seduction12/01/15 11:37 PM

Clearly not everybody trains this way I'm willing to wager that <1% of women train this way, so I doubt it's much of a problem.

We probably shouldn't approach people while they're working either. Or when they're out in public since they could be on a tight timeline or on a mission. Life is busy man, I don't think a simple, short chat is ever a bad idea. You never know when someone truly is "doing nothing." Obviously talking on and on at the gym or work (or anywhere really, unless they're clearly interested in maintaining a conversation with you) would be annoying, but since when did a simply hi and brief chat ever make a…

Approaching and saying hi then moving on is one thing. Saying hi and making a conversation is completely another thing. Asking how OP defined approach seems completely reasonable to me.

...how about one's personal moral code? Just because other guys may have cheated with her and she is willing to cheat has absolutely NOTHING to do with YOUR own personal decisions.
/r/seduction27/12/14 11:18 PM
2

ESPECIALLY masturbation. Sounds insane huh? If it does, that's a sign of dependency. If when you get all riled up you simply jack off, you're not motivated to go out and get a mate. We're all animals, do you think the animals that pleasure themselves are successful in the animal kingdom? Use that urge to do something productive.

I second this times infinity!!!!!!! I haven't looked at porn in around 7 months. I can last as long as I want, stay rock hard the whole time, and can bounce back super quick. The days when I looked at porn and jacked off frequently, I was constantly worrying about finishing too soon, often had trouble getting hard, etc. It was seriously life changing. I feel like a sex god. Admittedly, I have a girlfriend, so I have sex when I want, but seriously, if you want to be great in bed, give up the porn…

Am I wrong for feeling this way? You tell us. Analyze your feelings. Why does her asking about your history or telling you about hers bother you? You say you want to know a girl really well before sex but then freak out when you learn about her past. Unless I missed something, you didn't have sex with her.
/r/seduction17/12/14 08:28 PM

This shouldn't be in /r/seduction. This sounds like high school crush drama. The fact that it bothers you how many people she has slept with is the only issue in this post that needs to be addressed at the moment. You're going to have a fucking hard time dating if you expect every girl you meet to be a virgin. Get over that now. What she did in her past is of absolutely no concern to you. Get. Over. It. Why is lying in quotes? You're lying, no sugar coating it. That's the entirety of my point, you're lying about being gay. Your sexuality absolutely matters, to you and to the women you are approaching. I'm not being a homophobe in any way, shape, or form. You're the douche who is lying to women to try to get their guard down so that you feel like you have a chance with them. Hahahahahhahahahaha ... ... ... ... Hahahahahahahahahahah That never turns out well! I've only ever found that to mean: She's a bitch to other women (which tends to coincide with being a bitch in general) She likes to keep her options open with multiple guys. She's kindling all of those guy relationships as a backup plan. She's an attention whore. She enjoys the feeling of always being pursued by lots of men. I'm sorry, I have more dignity than lying about being gay as my "in" with a girl. You should ask yourself if you're doing this because you think it's a good idea or if you just can't hack it gaming as a straight man. Also, it doesn't sound like your game has gotten you so much as a kiss, just phone numbers and snapchats so I'm not sure just how seductive you actually are.

Oh and I remembered one other thing she told me that I thought was groundbreaking. SHE was nervous to meet ME on the first date. I think a lot of us guys put all the pressure on ourselves, worry about what we say, how we look, making a good first impression, that she is judging us the whole time...but I thought it was a huge revelation to hear her say that she had the same exact things on her mind. Are you looking to date or hook up. I would never use tinder as a means to date. It's a pain in the ass time-sink (in my opinion) I think you just need to be more patient. In the online dating world, it is all about you as a guy making the moves. You'll rarely get a first message from an attractive girl. I managed to meet my perfect match through Plenty of Fish, so let me share some insight I discovered, as well as what she has told me after the fact. I think she's a 10, and I think that's relev…

You only have so much time and energy in your life. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you if you want to spend that time and energy on 10 other things that aren't remotely related to picking up girls. This is your life, live it however you want to. Also, you're more likely to end up with a girl who shares a ton in common with you if you keep on doing the things you really like, she might be out doing the same things, and bam, you found a great match. Doing things you don't like to do (eg go…

Same rules apply. You CANNOT fear rejection or I PROMISE you will have regrets when you're older. When I look back, there were a dozen girls when I was in high school that showed clear interest in me and if I had simply started talking to them, I would have opened doors that could lead to infinite possibilities. Honestly, who gives a shit if you ask Kelly out and she says no. What does that mean? That means that Kelly didn't want to date you. Big deal. Respond like it isn't a big deal and move o…

women lie a lot though, no? This speaks to your core. No, "women" do not lie a lot. You have major insecurity issues. If you're going to continue dating this girl (or any girl) you need to work through this or I guarantee you it'll be the end of plenty of relationships, ultimately a self fulfilling prophecy as you push women to lie because of your trust/control issues.

I agree with you man. Everyone here is acting all macho like they'd kick out a girl who is clearly into them but isn't comfortable with the idea of fucking on the first date. Those guys that walk out? They lose points. Those that would stick around to show they have interest in more than just a hookup? They earn trust and sex the next time. I guess we might be coming at this from different ways as the others though. If they are just looking for one night stands, they'd play it their way. Relatio…

Simply to provide another viewpoint (Mr. Sweet Tooth's view isn't the only way to look at it), you acted fine. You were respectable and a gentleman. Aww OP, sorry to hear you aren't getting the girls :( What you need to realize that the best seduction masters out there aren't going out with game plans. They're not being fake and acting. They internalize the lessons that are often given here as well as their own personal development and becoming better people. That in turn allows you to be genuinely comfortable in your own skin and freely talk to people you're interested in. From there, it isn't hard. I approached my current girlfriend, built…

I'm dumbfounded. I'm not sure how we can give you advice to learn how to smile... You just have to do it. Are you a super serious person or something? This, or you're probably coming off as too needy. You're jumping into boyfriend mode the morning after the one night stand. This is freaking them out. Play it casual, treat it like a one night stand, and maybe you'll get some repeat customers. Unless you have a tiny wiener, in which case may God have mercy on you.

See all of the downvotes you are getting? This is the community trying to help you. Your way of thinking is flawed. Perhaps it is best for you to give up on cold approaches since as you can see, they're not working the way your trying. You absolutely have 2 choices: to stop doing cold approaches or to change your cold approach technique. No one is saying you have to cold approach; however, you can't tell us that cold approaches in general don't work or that we shouldn't bother either.

Not after she's refused. That's the point I'm saying you shouldn't beg for it.
/r/seduction26/09/14 01:38 AM
1

Eh, it sounds like begging to me. I suppose it all depends on exactly how it was said, what was said, and the overall context. To me, I think you're seen as of higher sexual value if you don't appear to need sex from her, that you could have other options available. That said, it can be seductive to have such a high desire for her...even then, I think you accomplish that by action, not words.
/r/seduction25/09/14 09:14 PM

I expressed how badly I wanted to, but did not try to make her do anything she didn't want to. Not a good move, shows desperation. I then asked if she did this with anyone else This seems like you feel threatened by others and are somewhat possessive Overall, I think you got too clingy too quickly and it turned her off. Stop contact, if she gets in touch with you, perhaps proceed (slowly and cool-ly) Overall score: B (for beta)

This. Seriously. Most people talk too much with their hands. It's usually creepy and unnatural, especially after someone like me calls it out to someone. It's like someone decided that if you're speaking to a group, you have to repeat the same handwaving motion as if to emphasize your words. Those motions have value...when they add value. If used constantly, it's just noise. The only one thinking about your hands is generally you...unless you're waving them all around, then I'm thinking about th…

The Wynn would be a good option as it's one of the more frequented pool destinations. Someone mentioned Mandalay bay, but that's at the extreme end of the strip. I would argue a good location is more important, you can meet a girl anywhere in Vegas, ideally you can just bring her back to your hotel (which would be nice to have nearby, instead of having to walk for 20 minutes). Cosmopolitan is also a good one that younger people frequent. Bottom line, any hotel will do. I'd aim for one in the mid…

/r/seduction02/09/14 08:16 PM

I would give her at least a second chance, but no more. I hope there was more playful conversation leading up to "I'll beat you in pool," seems a little abruptly aggressive to me. You being late might have also shown her you don't respect her and she might be asking her friends if you deserve a second chance. She might have already been at the bar.

it seems that looks alone get you nowhere. This is true. You have a leg up on those who aren't as attractive, you should take advantage of it. This might make you feel a little better: you know how when you see a gorgeous girl, you feel nervous and don't talk to her? Girls feel the same way about attractive guys. You're not getting approached might be because you're perceived as out of their league. You need to take the lead and talk to them. They'll likely be flattered and chances are you'll ma…

I don't do crossfit, but I'm a climber. Climbers need to be strong, yet lean, thus lifting for size isn't beneficial. This makes it so I don't look huge, but when I take my shirt off, I still turn heads. I would argue that having great muscular definition should be the goal. This is as much about diet as it is about lifting. I think the average girl would choose lean and shredded over giant but bulky. Just my .02

The reason I ask is because it sounds somewhat dorky and a cheesy way to get someone to start talking. I may be wrong, but that's why I was curious how well it is received and if you actually have a chance at something more than a conversation. I don't disagree with what you're saying in general and obviously starting a conversation by whatever means is better than not starting a conversation.

The reason he thinks, he thought he could get a date was because he was feeling confindent And I'm trying to keep him grounded, otherwise he's destined for more disappointment when he discovers just because you feel confident doesn't mean you're going to be successful at picking up, which he directly said he thought he would probably get a date with someone with little other interaction aside from telling her to buzz off. You don't think it was a huge assumption on his part to think that?

This is good advice. Saying no in all aspects of your life will close a lot of doors. I think you understand the right kind of situations to say no to, but as a counter example for OP, instead of saying No to staying at the strip club, your night could have ended VERY different if you had went all in and said Yes. That is, you could have stayed, tried to have fun, talked with some girls, and if we're playing the what if game, who knows, you could have fucked one of them if you played your cards …

If you're not sure if it's a date or a hang out, in my opinion, you've already been friendzoned. That or we're debating semantics. If you're taking a girl out who you have feelings for, and she has feelings as well - it's a date. If you have feelings, you take her out, and she tries to call it anything other than a date, you're just a friend to her (ie she doesn't want to call what you have a relationship - I guess that doesn't exclude casual sex necessarily, but I still stand by saying that she…

Don't just read over the advice. Journal about it. Write down the lists of key points to remember. Study and refresh before going out. Then journal after going out. Talk about what worked, what didn't, what you forgot, what you want to try next time. Then review those notes before you go out in addition to the initial notes. Treating more like research and experimentation will give you a more solid understanding of the intricacies.

My guess would be this is it. You have general performance anxiety. To get a bit personal, do you masturbate/look at porn a lot? It really does desensitize many people. Real life sex is very different than jacking off, but your body gets used to the routine of masturbation which can cause sex to be not as stimulating as the 10 videos you have have open, skipping around to the "action," and using a deathgrip on your dick. It also leads to you being...quick on the draw. After quitting watching por…

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If your goal is sex: She stops your move, she's not likely to take it any further. Perhaps she likes the flirting/attention but isn't willing to physically cheat. (if she is willing, she wouldn't have mentioned him). Move on. Also, who wants the drama of potentially dealing with another guy? Not me. If your goal is a relationship: I'm in the camp of never perusing a girl in a relationship. If she's willing to escalate things with you while she's in a relationship, what makes you think she isn't …

Hmmm, I wonder if "R" is short for Rachel ;) As others have said, you're probably one of a few interests she has. I'm guessing there was more conversation between each attempt to ask her out...at least I hope so, but it definitely comes off as needy/clingy to me. The fact that you're making yourself so available is probably a turn off to her, she knows she can have you whenever is convenient for her. If she had nothing going on, she'll take you up on the offer, but if something else is going on,…

You have zero idea what Brad Pitt was like before he was famous. You also have zero idea how his game is now. Being the superstar he is now, he hardly needs game anyway. Just being "Brad Pitt" will drop any panties. I never said you have to read PUA stuff, but learning more about psychology, human interactions, reading "case studies" to hear about new ideas and things that work or don't work, etc are all good things for someone who is inexperienced to do. Yes, a 15 year old virgin who grew up ho…

That's ridiculously foolish. Why reinvent the wheel when you can learn from the masters that came before you? The time you spend figuring things out the basics on your own is wasted time. Obviously there comes a point when you've researched a sufficient amount and you need to actually apply, but any beginner for everything stands to gain a lot by doing research.

No its not. What skill do you learn by "researching"? If you want to play guitar, you pick up a guitar, you don't spend 3 months reading books about guitars. This is a terrible analogy. No one just picks up a guitar and starts magically playing. You learn music (you've been listening to it for years, so that's already research of sorts), maybe sheet music, maybe online tabs, maybe lessons. You don't just start playing. You learn. I never said you read for 3 months so I don't know why you're stuc…

Research is the first step to acquiring a new skill (unless you have some seduction mentor to teach you). You need to have some foundation if this stuff doesn't come naturally. Obviously practice is more important in the long run, but it doesn't hurt to start here.

Met my current girlfriend on POF. I'm constantly astounded by how perfect of a match we seem to be. It appears we got insanely lucky to find each other in the sea of crap people out there. Both of us were nearly to the point of deleting our accounts before we met. Think of it as a numbers game. If your objective is to get laid, send off lots of messages (make them interesting), have attractive pictures of yourself, go out and meet people. Don't spend ages messaging, that's a waste of time. Send …

One of my friends claimed that when girls are doing this you could join in. But when he tried to turn it into a threeway kiss one girl pushed his face away and his glasses fell on the ground. This guy is an idiot. Many simply do it for attention. They know it'll drive most guys crazy (in the good way). Why you found it stupid and unattractive, I'm not sure, maybe the fact that you know it's essentially attention whoring turns you off to it.

I haven't been here long enough to know the common stance on cheating, but I don't mess with girls who I know have boyfriends. If I don't know of one, I don't ask, that's on her to bring up, but if she does, I'm out. It's not worth the drama to me. If she's cheating on him, who's to say she won't also cheat on you? If you've ever been cheated on, you know how that feels (horrible), and I could never inflict that on another.

You definitely played things right, but you must admit the cards were stacked GREATLY in your favor by hanging out with two girls who were bi and already had sexual history... Not that it takes anything away from the story or experience.

I don't think most guys are interested in threesomes simply to have another body present, they're interested in 2 girls. I'd be fairly confident in saying that's the case for 95% of the people on this sub.

Um, am I wrong in saying that it's an abbreviation this sub uses? No I am not. I do not think reddit created the art of seduction and never implied that they did. It is however the one place in my life I see a bunch of dudes talking about HB8s, FRs, k-closes, etc which I still do think is a dumb abbreviation system that is not necessary to use to practice the art of seduction. I thoroughly regret using FR in the post that prompted this discussion, and the fact that blindpacifism asked me to defi…

I wasn't saying if you don't pay for a woman's movie, she won't be interested in you. In your experience, have you ever asked for repayment after the date? That's completely different than going dutch.

What this girl's friends think is completely irrelevant to OP in my opinion, whether her FR is positive/negative/alpha/beta. I'm just used that as an example of what this girl is going to think about the date.

To me, the bottom line is she is going to see it as a dick move. It doesn't really matter what the rest of the dudes here think: some power play, the right/wrong thing, high-five worthy, whatever. Your date will be something she tells her friends for a "bad date" story and they will laugh about it. So, ultimately, good for you, you got your money back and learned just how interested she is in you (doesn't look like she is), so win-win.

I think it's the same as working your game in general. If you look desperate, they'll lose interest. So constant texting is bad. If you always respond immediately, you look like you have nothing better to do. I turned on read recipes, and use it tactfully. I can still see the preview of their message, but then decide when I actually read it. Since they know I have read receipts on, they can tell when i haven't read the message and when I have. Generally, I wait a while before reading, then wait …

It's hard to pick one, but I will go with this: Some beautiful girls are feeling just as nervous about being in your presence as you are being in theirs. I was told this on my first date with a girl I met online, that she was nervous to send me a message (she contacted me first) and was excited when I responded. Keep that in mind in your interactions, it's not always all about you impressing, if they are into you, they're likely thinking a lot about their own game. I think "female game" is large…

Well then I guess we'll have to disagree. I don't think women completely ignore content in favor of emotion. You shouldn't have given such an extreme example or at least been able to provide research or multiple case examples. Again, I agree emotionally connecting is important, but women are smart enough to see content that is highly correlated with major relationship red flags c

I get what you're saying, but I only think this works for issues like talking to women, talking to groups in public, or other things that can be perceived as a cute issue. I cannot see this working with deep seated major issues in the opening conversation. Is this just a theory of yours or has opening with the alcoholic abusive angry family actually worked for you?
/r/seduction27/05/14 04:58 PM

You really think leading with family alcoholism, abuse, anger issues, and therapy is going to make her swoon? Maybe if she also comes from such a shitty background, but most women are going to run....
/r/seduction27/05/14 01:15 PM

I agree with this, and I live in the US. OP even gave another example of my father was an alcoholic and beat me and I have anger issues by I'm starting therapy on Monday. NO WAY IN FUCK a girl is going to want to have anything to do with you. Perhaps this method works well on otherwise emotionally damaged girls, but ones that are strong, independent and are looking for the same will walk away, hell, they'll run away.
/r/seduction27/05/14 01:13 PM

I kind of disagree, I wonder if OP is already making too little contact by trying not to appear too clingy. Perhaps he's not showing enough interest. I think we need more info.

Have you had more results than this one time? This sounds like it would be extremely awkward, way beyond making someone nervous. I think she was the right type for these kind of games, but otherwise, this just sounds weird.

Sounds like fun, but I don't know how much seduction was going on here. She clearly had a thing for you and kind of sounds like a slut. Not really trying to be critical of you, this just sounds like a fun story instead of education in the seduction game.

If you've been seeing the same person for a year or two and not even attempting to initiate intimacy with anyone else, then you are most likely just co-dependent and attached. If you are currently dating and sleeping with 4+ women and one really stands above the rest, then you may just be in love. Wow, could you explain this a little more? Why do you have to be attempting intimacy with other people to know that you're in love with the one you're with?
/r/seduction13/05/14 05:39 PM

I personally don't feel you can truly play the seduction game and fall in love at the same time. At the core, by following "seduction guidelines" you are playing a game of manipulation with both your and her emotions. I do think keeping in mind the principles of seductions are to your advantage since psychology is psychology and you can avoid the pitfalls of things that break the feelings of love and attraction. However, if you actively prevent "getting lost in emotion" I think you are preventin…
