3	There's no need for 'proof' Right. But I don't think you will find many people who really want the legal burden of proof to be reduced. I'm sure you could find someone, but I don't think that's what the original picture was discussing. When it comes to civil matters it's a bit more difficult because all instances have a lower burden of proof.
