Marriage was never about being binded together because of love. It was always about a union of two individuals for financial gain and proliferation of bloodlines. It is the west that spread this culture of love, hence, the high divorce rates nowadays. Why is it that in this day and age arranged marriages tend to last longer than marriages out of “love”?

Agree. The only time money shall be required to be paid to the other spouse is for child support. Nothing more, nothing less.

It kind of feels like it though. Alimony is a very sensitive topic. But adultery should be an instant grounds to cancel alimony if proven to court.

The husband is the investment and when that investment is no longer worth it in the eyes of the wife, it gets discarded and the salvage value is the alimony and child support.

Exactly. We have to thank Hollyweird for rewiring the minds of the people. TV and movies and mainstream media are tools to brainwash people. And now social media is the new tool.

Exactly. Young men should be educated on the new world where women have more power. Men need to look after themselves. Physically, mentally, and financially.

Unfortunately most women these days are like that. Only few are gems where instead of treating their spouse as things they actually treat them as humans.

Divorce is actually getting the salvage value out of your investment.😅

Most modern women are selfish though. It is all driven by women empowerment. I am all for equality but this is too much. Men are stuffed in the western world as the judicial system favours the women too much in a divorce.

She was not lying. Most women in general see men as means to an end. We are nothing but resources to them that can be easily discarded once we have served our purpose. It is in their brain. They need the stability and when they think they can do better then they discard us like a used tampon and moves Plan A in. Never see yourself as such. Good thing you are not with her anymore. Now is the time to love yourself.
