Grow the fuck up and move on like an adult. Some sort of payback revenge fantasy to make you feel better reeks of low self esteem, self doubt and an ability to take responsibility for your own life. Just move on professionally and be able to hold your head high knowing you are a man of integrity

Netball because men aren't allowed to play. There's no world governing body or any official Men's leagues/tournaments so that's why netball can't be an Olympic sport. That being said if we were allowed we'd dominate them

Compound movements occur at more than one joint and work more than one muscle group. Isolation exercises occur at only one joint and target only one muscle group. For example, the squat exercise involves movement at your knee joint and hip joint. This compound leg exercise works your hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes and lower back. The leg extension exercise occurs only at the knee joint and works only your quadriceps muscles. http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/strengthtraining/a/compound_ex.htm

I think I remember reading that fetuses start out female, and then develop into males (not sure if this is true) Yep, that's why we have nipples. they serve no purpose for us, they are there before the male or female diversions start taking place in utero.

Got hold of some Census Data for my country/state from three years ago. Assuming 0% growth (no one left and no one arrived), there are 447,789 females btw 18-32 years old in my state and 2,216,132 females btw 18-32yrs in my country. Ignoring marital status (cos cheating never happens...) Lets assume 50% of them I wouldn't sleep with or they wouldn't sleep with me that still leaves 223,895 in my state and 1,108,066 in my country. But that's a bit generous. If we go 80/20 rule, then I would only w…

I've always thought of "hamstering" -a term I have only come to learn about through this sub and its affiliated readings, as a type of cognitive dissonance, which i learned about in Psyc subjects at university. Hamster spinning to me is similar to efforts to reduce dissonance. From wikipedia: Social psychologists refer to cognitive dissonance as the presence of incongruent relations among cognitions that frequently results in mental discomfort. Ultimately, individuals who hold two or more contra…

Yeah we've made up. Before, during and after the divorce dad worked very very hard to reconcile with mum and with us kids. He joined support groups, he found a group of male friends to hang out with, he got counselling. He wrote some very heartfelt letters and had some very emotional talks with us all. he did a lot of reflection and was actively working to make amends and turn things around. Us kids got on board quite quickly. Mum didn't want anything to do with it, flatly refused. Things aren't…

Thanks da-way. I have that PDF already and started reading it last week on the train. Trust me, I was grown up to be a very nice guy. Always respectful, manners always, polite, no fighting, be nice to teachers, nice to girls, etc. I'd still describe myself as somewhat nice, except these days, when applicable, I'd like to think that I am nice because I want to be and I choose who to be nice to, not because I have to be nice to everyone. I've used the word nice so many times now it sounds funny

Thanks Bell. As soon as i left home at 18 I started my journey. Met influential people that taught me some very valuable lessons about personal growth, taking control of your life and actively working towards getting what you want. Thats the time in my life when i started to see the world differently and been working on being a better me ever since.

what started out as a honest reply to you, became quite the wall-o-text. so i decided to post it instead. if it doesn't get deleted, search for my post "My story and why I am here" Its long but read all of it. Not everyone is here for the casual sex.

"I'm not disciplined in what I eat at all." "...cream cakes I'll eat 3 for dinner... mars bar or snickers bar..." Slowly walking in a circling swaying your hips is not exercise. See how hard it was for her to walk on the treadmill during the exercise test. She's a fucking idiot who when told explicitly and factually by the doctor, she still spins it around and blames metabolism. Even with the scientific explanation, which she doesn't fully understand, she changes the story to accomodate her prec…

What do you mean I misunderstand? my comment was more of a statement that there are many shows out there that have weak blue pill betas, who somehow managed to land the hot wife, and the red pill alpha is marginilised or flawed. so yes, Modern Family takes it to a new level because the format of the show is different (characters talk directly to camera) but there is still quite a lot of "same old" in it.

haha - i'll pay that but then again, I really dont like your typical American sports, to play or to watch.

It would be interesting to have a look at the types of movies and the roles played that won vs those that didn't. There are some genres that simply don't stand a chance at winning an Oscar, despite the performance or the actor/actress. That and the criteria for an Oscar and who decides.

Love the detailed discussion and totally agree with you. But American sit-coms have been doing this for decades. I simply cannot watch shows anymore where the man/dad is a fat, stupid bumbling fool and the wife/mum wears the pants, makes all the decisions, ridicules, criticizes and disrespects her husband.

i went on a business trip to France for a week a few years ago and went shopping on the last day and i spent a touch over 200euro on some fancy lingerie. 2 sets of bra/panties with stockings suspenders and three negligees. In two years my wife has worn the lingerie 3 or 4 times. just sits in the box in the cupboard buried under a bunch of other shit Never again
