Tips for a new rpw? I read the sidebar but I still would like some advice.Hi there! First of all, RPW isn't about a certain "look." Not all of us wear pink dresses all day with our hair and makeup looking perfect (although if anyone does, more power to them!), it's a philosophy. It isn't all about outer looks, although presenting yourself nicely and not looking sloppy is encouraged. However, that doesn't mean you NEED to wear makeup or dresses or whatever. If you're interested in makeup but prefer a natural look, check out /r/makeupaddiction , almost everyday there ar… | /r/RedPillWomen | 30/12/14 08:37 PM
Can we have a Thanksgiving Dinner Recipe mega thread?I'm doing things a little different this year. I am trying to lighten things up a little bit but still tasty! I previously always made the typical green bean casserole with canned soup and a sweet potato casserole filled with butter and brown sugar. This year though, I am making sauteed green beans with shallots and pancetta. Recipe for that: Cut fresh green beans to a size you like and trim the ends. Throw them in boiling water for 2 minutes and then straight into a bowl of ice water to stop th… | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/11/14 04:47 PM
Some good news on a FridayThis story isn't about men and him being "TRP" has nothing to do with it. The story here is kind of reminding women that instead of saying "my husband is awful because ______" we should look to ourselves and ask "what can I be doing better in this situation?" or "how are my actions contributing to a bad situation?" We don't know what this dude does for work. And further, there are many situations where men can't be the breadwinners. | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/11/14 07:49 PM
Tips for meeting his needs while you are away from home? Are you me? Seriously. I am new around here as well and I only ever knew about this sub due to the hate it gets and became interested, but I agree with you so much. While I may not 100% agree with 100% of the things one here (which is normal and ok), I don't understand why taking care of your family is bad, especially if it's what you want to do and it, in turn, makes you happy as well. Furthermore, just because there aren't posts saying "My husband did ______ for me" doesn't mean that our husba… | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/11/14 08:01 PM
Can we have an honest discussion about that 10-hours-walking-in-NYC video?I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head! Both sides of it are pretty extreme. I get my fair share of cat calling, and I always just ignore it and then the cat-caller usually stops. But there are those few times where I have gotten followed, and repeatedly asked why I am ignoring them, if I want to hang out, where am I going, etc. and I think it is THOSE times that it's uncomfortable and unacceptable. I absolutely think it is threatening to follow someone saying vulgar things, no matter … | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/11/14 02:56 PM
What Changed Your Mind? Not weird at all! and thank you!! However, I definitely HAVE posted things in TBP before (and 2X) so there's that in my post history as well... however, reading subs like that is what brought me here. Sometimes elsewhere on reddit, there are a lot of negative comments about this sub, so I came here on my own to check out what all the fuss was about. That made me realize this sub isn't about women being walked on or abused or hated, it seems to me so far that it's the exact opposite of that! And … | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/14 08:40 PM
What Changed Your Mind?I haven't ever posted here. I guess I became intrigued with this place so I have been lurking for a few months and learning what RPW are about as opposed to what people THINK they're about. Your post really resonates with me. I don't ever really consider myself "RP" or "feminist" because of the negativity surrounding both words. But your post here seems to portray both words positively and I found it very comforting to see! I used to read subs like 2X, but never really felt like my opinions and … | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/14 07:12 PM
