I saw your post before editing. Good reading skills. How would you go about implementing a system where men can choose to abort children? Are you going to drag your wife to the clinic and force her to undergo surgery?

I know who signed the bill. There are plenty of women who work against themselves. A constitutional right is federal, so applies in every state. A woman should not have to travel outside of her state to receive an abortion. That negates the entire point of a constitutional right.

You’re right! Abortion is a right the Supreme Court gave to women. You know, the ones who carry children for 9 months? Are you suggesting that men should be able to abort children after birth? I think that’s usually called murder.

You’re totally right. Half the population is going to stop advocating for their rights because of your cherrypicked posts.

Socialization that teaches men not to share their emotions or seek help. Essentially, toxic masculinity.

I think you’re right that people interpret interactions differently. I’m in a long term relationship myself, and there undoubtably have been nonconsensual interactions (usually the result of miscommunication). I try to play my part by obviously showing when I like something, and showing when I don’t. As a relationship develops, it should become easier to tell what your partner likes and what they don’t like. Most reasonable partners are not going accuse you of rape if you touch them in a way the…

I think it’s a bit of a stretch to say that anyone is saying “every touch without a yes is rape.” Affirmative consent is about enthusiastic interaction, which usually DOESN’T include the explicit word “yes.” It’s about paying attention to body language and stopping anything when it’s clear the other person isn’t into it. I think that’s reasonable.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
