I think adding women to the draft is the right goal. Because if this simply prompts the removal of the draft entirely to avoid adding women, then the next time they do need a draft, they'll just bring it back as it was -- men-only. Not everything is a conspiracy against men just because a man happened to be involved. A person in a position of authority over another is a conflict because, at work for example, your boss could have power over your promotion. A professor could be involved in thesis papers, etc. The power dynamic is the problem, not the gender. This would be the same issue, male or female, and it is an issue. I just started watching Breakout Kings .. I think on Netflix. There was an episode about a school counselor who was falsely accused, and then other parents got hysteria and asked their kids over and over until their kids said they too were molested. How long ago was that? There are laws that require financial institutions to interface with a list of child support providers so they know who has bank accounts. I think they're state laws, so it might depend on the state. If she's in California, you should be in luck... Even in the "new" article, it flips it around and makes all about the abusing girl: Like most people with normal levels of human empathy, my stomach flipped when I read that quote. I didn't want to believe it was true, that an 8-year-old boy who in no way, shape, or form can consent to sex was abused by a girl who was older, but also herself maybe too young to consent to sex, likely perpetuating something awful that had happened to her.
