Women aren't as stuck on looks in the traditional way as men are. As a man, as long as your eyes, nose, mouth, shoulders etc. are in "normal" proportion, trust me you've already won the battle. What impresses women is the effort you put into your appearance. Think about it from their angle, they spend countless hours of their life looking for new ways to be more attractive to men; either with make up, hair products, clothes, etc. If they're not working on these things, they're reading magazines …
