I was this girl and this is the truth honestly. I know some other girls like this and you know what we have in common? Strict parents and daddy issues. Once released in the wild, usually in college, a girl like that wants to get everything out of the system at once. Male attention becomes a drug. I'm very ashamed of this behaviour but I'm glad I didn't turn it to a high n count and countless regrets. I did broke a couple hearts of perfectly fine guys though. God, I was a fucking asshole. I chang…

I don't care. My girl game is being the "smart and interesting cute enough girl", so naturally I've dealt with guys with hotter exes whose make-up are on point. The only thing that could possibly bother me about an ex is that my SO loved her more than he loves me. This is a deal-breaker. I don't care if I'm not the most attractive one, but I have to be the best.

Well, not exactly 20 something but they usually have a second wife younger than their first wife. Source

do you share these same fears? No. I've been told I'm great at it. If I'm not enjoying the sex I will say it, so I expect my SO to be honest as well. Is your current SO the best sex you've ever had Yes.

The Yanomami practice polygamy, but the tribe leaders and other important members are the ones usually given the privilege to marry more than one woman. Most men engage in monogamy, obviously because there isn't enough women for everybody. Unfortunately I only have sources in Portuguese =/ (most information about South American tribes available in English is horrible wrong btw)

What exactly is this "RP act" you're doing and how are you acting when you stop doing it?

Have money Sunscreen Tretinoin Lift weights No smoking No heavy drinking Eat less fat and more protein Minimal stress Exercise facial muscles after 30 Dress well Nice hair or becoming completely bald Keep brain active every day And the most important thing: genetics All of this applies to women as well (except going bald, I guess).

I have a really open sexuality; if he really needs to put his dick somewhere at the risk of ruining our relationship, we could hire a sex worker or whatever. So if he's cheating on me is because he's emotionally invested in somebody else and no, I won't share my boyfriend with anyone, that's just dumb.

I live in a moderately dangerous area so we would both think the guy might be high, armed or both. I guess I would mentally thank my partner for not being a impulsive idiot.

My perspective: if she wants a man whore as a husband/LTR, I think it's a better strategy to engage in hookup culture. If she wants a religious, loyal man, she should wait for sex until after marriage. If something in between is what she desires, like most women, the best strategy is to be a serial monogamist in late teens and early 20s until finding the most compatible partner to marry.

So, I went to read the study, hope this settles the discussion between you and u/kandyapplez. “Hooking up,” defined as casual sexual activity between uncommitted partners that can range from kissing to sexual intercourse (...) The Time 1 survey assessed demographics and a wide range of hook‐up‐related constructs. Only measures relevant to the aims of this study are described below. In line with the previous literature (e.g., Garcia & Reiber, 2008; Owen, Rhoades, Stanley, & Fincham, 2010; Paul et…

I don't know what I'm supposed to be empathetic about. I never hear men complaining about this in real life, just like you probably don't hear about how much it fucking hurts to wax down there. It's just something that people do. About approaching: some men won't take a woman seriously if she makes the first move. They might have sex with her but not commit because she seems too easy. For women interested in committed relationships, it might be a bad strategy to do that.

Ok, I will say it. This woman probably have a large vagina. It's ok, vaginas have different sizes. You need to find a partner who matches you in genital size in a way both of you can feel pleasure. If you don't match, that can be a dealbreaker.

Yeah, it's the worse. Apparently for these people, children want to have sex. It would be funny if it wasn't tragic. I hope you're okay as well! I'm great. My friend went no contact with her family last year and found a sweet guy who treats her well. She's getting better every day.

Especially the fact that women insist on their house being cleaned to its best level when “guests” are coming, particularly “high ranking” female guests like the MIL. Can confirm, I get anxious just thinking that MIL is coming and I have to make the house look perfect. But, in my defense, she is a clean freak and I'm a 21-year-old who wasn't really planning to play the wife role so early. I'm learning and getting better, but she is very judgemental. She has a daughter with the same age as me who…

I'm so sorry all this happened to you. It seems like those are experiences most women have at least once in their lives. I actually heard a guy saying that once ("every woman I ask was sexually abused as a child!") like it was a big revelation. I was upper class and lived in a nice, safe small town for my entire childhood. My cousin put his finger in my vagina when I was 5. This asshole continue to live with us and was treated as a prince by everyone. A random old guy said to me that "God told m…

This has absolutely nothing to do with the discussion. You just want to rant and kept pushing until you found something barely related to what you really want to say. Everyone is allowed to have standards. I never said that a man who hired prostitutes regularly is a bad person, I just said I don't want him to be my partner. Some men prefer blond virgins. They aren't saying promiscuous brunettes are horrible people, he's just not interested in a relationship with them. I can sympathize with some …

No, that would be a negative thing too. But that's not the only alternative to hiring prostitutes. You can, you know, have a girlfriend or a FWB.

(Context: I'm a STEM student in a mostly male field.) They get visibly upset at first. Some don't talk to me again, and some keep talking to me as a friend, which I greatly appreciate. About buying stuff, honestly everyone is trying to buy me things and help me all the time, and I have always been in a relationship. I think I have a "helpless puppy" face and also, because I usually help and listen to everyone, they want to return the favour. I could have taken advantage of this, but I'm too prou…

Are men not entitled to sexual experiences when they are in no position to date? I never said that. Men can do whatever they want. I just don't find this particular point a positive thing about a partner.

I never met a woman who exclusively dates older men. Maybe those "sugar babies", but not any regular one. I have a relationship with a gap of 10 years, but I had two others with guys my age before that. I just met someone that happened to be older. Of course, being older you usually have more money so you can have nicer clothes and haircuts, which boosts attractiveness. You also have more experience, which builds confidence; you had more time to learn how to be charming, and probably have at lea…

lol at people thinking fathers are all wonderful and don't see their kids because mommy is evil. Tell that to my father who knocked up my then 15-year-old mom when he was 17, and didn't give a single fuck after that. I mean, he calls once every two years apologizing about being a shitty parent. I guess he tried ¯_(ツ)_/¯
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/19 08:21 PM

I agree. But just to point out, men aren't thinking types in the same proportion women are feeling types, so I think it's not quite right to say that "men are T and women are F" (I know you didn't say that, I'm just simplifying), but would be more accurate to say "T is more male and F is more female". Something around 45% of men are feeling types while 25% of women are thinking types. So OP's numbers kind of check out? That's cool.

I certainly agree that cultures are different and humanity has seen many permutations regarding those values. However, I would love to see a source on those claims, especially most primitive tribes in Africa and South America really don't give two shits about virginity

It's incredibly hard to find people who actually think and dare to use data to justify their opinions in real life. And when I find these people, it's very rare to spot the ones who aren't simply "fuck feminism!!!1" types or "women are oppressed by everything!!" types. This is place is great. I was about to argue that is not really the norm here in Brazil, but I've been with my boyfriend, who is 10 years older, since I was 18. Oh well But my mom conceived me when she was 15 and my father 17. Yeesh. And my grandmother was 17; grandfather mid-20s... ok, I see your point. Not really true for people with money, though.

I disagree. While it's true that most men aren't obsessed with virginity, there is a really big difference between having sex with few men while in committed relationships vs. having gangbangs and a random new guy every week until college ends. I think this is pretty obvious.

True. My boyfriend initially used books and bags of sand, got amazing results. Upgraded to weights and haven't entered a gym in years. We both lift at home. OP, if you're reading this and are interested, check this site. It has videos of how to do every possible exercise, with a list of the muscles it targets. Also, learn to prepare chicken breast and sweet potato. It's cheap, delicious and the best source of protein ever. edit: bags, not buckets :p

This is irrelevant to me. Eh, I actually would love to have been my boyfriend's first LTR. But I must admit I'm only 21; older women might care about this for some reason I can't understand.

Honestly? You are just asking for drama. We don't know you or your girl, so all we can do is take the information provided and think of the probability of this working out. Is it absolutely impossible for her to have changed for better, for your ego to heal completely and you both live happily ever after? Not really. It can be done. But there is a huge probability that you're setting yourself up for failure. If you can do better without too much effort, she is probably not worth the hassle.

It depends entirely on the person. I actually met my boyfriend when I was barely 18 (I'm 21 now) and he was 28. At the time, regular guys his age were basically elders, although I would be lying if I said I wasn't curious about older men. The only place where they are interesting in this age range, for little nerdy me, is the university. Lots of cute genius guys with amazing stories doing their PhDs and stuff. Being Gen Z with a millennial isn't really a problem. I don't bond with people over ch…

I don't care about compliments on my appearance if they aren't coming from my boyfriend. From stranger men is creepy, from men I know it's uncomfortable, and from women I never know if it's genuine. Genuine compliments about something I did are great, regardless of who is making them.

I believe prostitutes are usually not included in the women's surveys because they're huge outliers of female sexual behaviour. But men are probably including their encounters with prostitutes in their n-count. Maybe that's why.

I agree with u/MoodyBrizo. Men are at least honest about wanting these traits in a woman. Women are often in a illusion that they can "change" a guy to become The Perfect Man ™, and stay in terrible relationships chasing this dream. If that's not "loving who you want the person to be", I don't know what that is.

I find vigorous exercise and nutritious food to be their own reward. I'm not OP, but have you considered that people are different? Not everyone likes doing exercises, and many will do it only to look good. Just like some people don't find gaining knowledge something pleasurable, but just something they do to find a job - which is foreign to me. About the costs of our appearances, again, everyone is different. I, for example, have very sensitive skin and live in a third world country with heavy …

Dude, you have no idea what you are talking about. Check r/SkincareAddiction. Sunscreens cost money and your genes can't do anything about the sun. Also, retinoids and a few other acids are scientifically proved to make skin look better. You have to maintain a routine of moisturising and exfoliating to minimize the effects of oily and/or dry skin. And don't even get me started on make up.

In my country it's extremely common for men to give money to their girlfriends, but this is changing among younger folks. This money is usually for beauty stuff, which I guess is the reason why men accept this arrangement. I don't think they would give money to random women that aren't interested in them though.

Most men are boring as well and many lack the ability to hold a conversation. They consider watching sports a hobby and treat the time spent with their girlfriends as a chore they do to get pussy later. I do acts of service and give cool gifts and little surprises to my boyfriend to show how much I love him, and this always put a big smile on his face. Most of the time, he answers giving me the quality time I so desperately need. His love language is physical touch, which means my hair can never stop being messy.
