When I say No, I feel guilty This book confused me. His writing style presents ideas in a conflated mish mash. Confused. Need cliff notes. The Assertiveness Handbook is a good one.

Yoga/stretching is a great addition. Meditation with combined physical benefits.

Great info. To further the content, Tim Urban had a good post recently on something similar. Life is a Picture, But You Live in a Pixel I float from job to job because i cant live in anything but the now. What then? Its a nightmare. I feel like a dog. Monk mode? Sure. But the cycle repeats eventually. Seek out a job where you can inspire yourself, others, where you can radiate your inner energy outwards. Where you can allow your outer being to shape the inner being. This. How how how?

Madness, my experience is the other way round. People who cant handle dogs cant handle shit, let alone a baby. Then again, i havent been single for a while so perhaps times have changed. 2c

Having a dog that can rip people apart if your fucked with is a unique and amazing feeling. For those who have never owned and put in the work to train and form an unbreakable bond with guard/defense/fighting breed dog (doberman/sharpei/bull/shepard etc), i highly recommend adding that to your lifestyle/country when it permits. Incredible. Being alpha to a beast is a different form of discipline and balance. Plus being alpha to a tough dog gets the girls interest and offers a great ice breaker. …

Do BJJ? males wrestling each other really evens shit out. Does redpill ever mention the strength of a tough as nails, well trained dog as a wingman/winggirl?. Im LTR but holy shit, my dog has brought me more possibility than ive ever had single. Kinda frustrating!

Perhaps, whats the end game though? Is it worth all the focus on 'being the man'? Is that what you end up. Loved? A man? King of the borough? Money? See i ask as i never seem to notice who the man is? Does anybody? is it an illusion? heh - to me its all just compatibility in flux. Some people gel, some don't. Some 'get it' some dont. The jungle is a confusing place but striving for growth and balance is key and TO ME that resides mainly in optimal health, space, animal guardianship and mental he…

Agreed. This works a charm. Stay cool and funny, you dont want to be the straight laced guy who cant handle the banter. Working the situation in a way that shows "you just get it" is always the best path. Its a big step from the flirt/banter to the f"$king. Good practice right?

Can confirm #1 Being low wrung worker but fit - fucking the HB6 manager from lack of discipline ended in a firing when i called it off. She rallied her troops and the only-other-male-beta-GM fired me for issues that were not a problem previously but now were. Plus im shit at admin. She ended her marriage because of it too. Husband was Sloth af. Should have observed this red flag. Lesson learned. Girl better be 8-10 or LTR worthy and your job replaceable.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
