Do women view a Guy who’s in great shape the same way we guys view women with a great body?I'm afraid l'm going to have to disagree with those who reply in the negative, based both on my own experience approaching when at a higher body fat percentage (about 26%) vs a lower one (about 18-19%) as well as pretty much all the guys being posted on r/ladyboners. It does seem like fitness and an athletic aesthetic has an edge when it comes to being perceived as attractive. Of course they don't seem to be the be all end all of female attraction as all the men being posted also seem to be very… | /r/seduction | 17/09/22 01:34 AM
I think I’m going to give up dating. What a positive response. I would have expected the very first comment on a post like this to chew his head off for such a generalization. Here, have my upvote, kind stranger. | /r/seduction | 14/09/22 03:28 AM
| -6 | Todd V’s bootcamp is $4500I really don't want to be that guy but... It's 4500 and? Matt Artisan charges around 2k for one of his 3 month coaching cycles. And this was during covid. The whole dating thing feels like the health and fitness industry nowadays. Invest the time and e to the rest of your adult life or you'll have to pay for some dude to teach you. Or you'll have to pay for it by being single or sick later. It's sad but there will always be people preying on those who can't do things on their own until their ser… | /r/seduction | 04/06/22 02:24 AM |
DO NOT TAKE APPROACH ADVICE FROM SUBS LIKE r/askwomenGuts probably :) | /r/seduction | 14/08/21 09:53 AM
[deleted by user]But why would she be passive aggressive about OP saying there's other women out there to approach? | /r/seduction | 10/08/21 12:09 PM
So fucking embarrassing lmaoUmm, are links allowed on Reddit? You could just go to YouTube>search alpha m deeper voice and take the first vid that pops up. There's more than one but the points are the same. | /r/seduction | 27/05/21 11:27 AM
So fucking embarrassing lmaoPlenty of guides online, friend. Even alpha m put one out. They all regurgitate the same things. | /r/seduction | 27/05/21 11:24 AM
Ability To Cold Approach = SuperpowerSounds... I dunno kind of common. | /r/seduction | 24/01/21 03:21 PM
Ability To Cold Approach = SuperpowerI hear that a lot too. I know it's subjective, but what makes a man interesting to you? | /r/seduction | 24/01/21 09:43 AM
Ability To Cold Approach = SuperpowerI've actually been cold approached before when I was younger, fitter, hotter but just plain old clueless. Like girls would come over and comment on stuff I was wearing or something. At the time I thought they were just being nice and maybe they were but damn I really should have at least tried something. Maybe you're being too forward? It probably would have worked on somebody like me but it's not for everybody. I mean when flirting there is a little bit of push/pull to be expected, no? | /r/seduction | 23/01/21 12:18 PM
(25F) What’s a nice way to ask a guy for an STD test without killing the buzz?I don't think it's as big a deal as you're making it out to be. If I heard a girl that I was dating ask me that I'd be more than happy to go get tested together as many times as she wants. If it isn't crazy expensive though. Is it expensive? The only time I get an std test is when I give blood. | /r/seduction | 17/01/21 08:39 AM
My Fiancé has Closed her legsWhy not do couples meditation or yoga? Chicks love that stuff, it takes your mind off sht, lets the 2 of you get some not necessarily hanky panky alone time and it's free. | /r/seduction | 10/01/21 11:47 AM
This post is for the “Nice guys” who can only seem to hear about the girl he likes complain about guysThat's the key word. Friend. I'd argue that if a person is keeping a bombshell like that from you they aren't really your friend. So I dunno why you'd expect someone who isn't really your friend but pretending to be to listen to all that without feeling salty about it. | /r/seduction | 27/11/20 07:03 AM
This post is for the “Nice guys” who can only seem to hear about the girl he likes complain about guysI'm going to have to disagree on a few points here. I've friendzoned women in the past too, a few are still around after probably having moved past it, most actually just started ignoring me after a while. Tbh i prefer the former but i can see how it bruises the ego. My point being that the friend zone is unisex and that I prefer that phrasing over the traditional "unrequited love" because that's what they are, synonyms. Secondly, yeh, it is creepy. But that's kind of what op is saying isn't it?… | /r/seduction | 27/11/20 07:00 AM
This post is for the “Nice guys” who can only seem to hear about the girl he likes complain about guysYes, officer, that comment right there! | /r/seduction | 27/11/20 06:42 AM
| -1 | This post is for the “Nice guys” who can only seem to hear about the girl he likes complain about guysIsn't it? I mean isn't flirting technically a form of manipulation too? Particularly if done for fun? I mean it doesn't have to be a form of malicious manipulation but it always felt like manipulation to me. | /r/seduction | 27/11/20 06:41 AM |
If you’re still single, you should never cut ties with any woman unless she explicitly says she’s disinterested.Yea but leaving options open does not always have to be a bad thing no? Particularly if one isn't searching for quality as in relationship material per se. Or if said quality is not to be found in current social circles yet. Might as well keep your options open and drop them once you have better. | /r/seduction | 30/06/20 11:05 PM
If you’re still single, you should never cut ties with any woman unless she explicitly says she’s disinterested.I agree. There does seem to be this dichotomy being made on whether one should just cut and run the moment interest isn't reciprocated or stay and be a simp. Like in many aspects of life, can there not be a happy middle ground? | /r/seduction | 30/06/20 11:01 PM
I got seduced this weekend for the first time in my lifeI read somewhere that it's usually the guy who is more susceptible to catching the feels. Seems like when that's expressed it's kind of creepy if the girl isn't ready for that. I suspect that's why. | /r/seduction | 15/06/20 09:32 PM
Previously fat men of seduction, how has losing weight changed your dating life?I've been yoyo-ing ever since I was 17. I'm 29 now and for what it's worth, neither did I until I started routinely taking progress photos. They keep you accountable and you can take your time and compare those from a year or 2 ago. Congrats on your weight loss. :) | /r/seduction | 02/04/20 02:28 PM
| -2 | You guys need to stop putting women and sex above your values, self respect and goals. No it isn't, it's like telling him just because you had trouble controlling yourself, doesn't mean that the substance itself is at fault. You knew it's addictive and you made a choice to excessively consume it. Now you're hooked. If you can't control yourself, don't drink. But spare me and the rest of whomever you meet the sermon. | /r/seduction | 24/03/20 02:25 PM |
You guys need to stop putting women and sex above your values, self respect and goals.I disagree. Just like the hookups this sub attempts to get us better at getting, porn is a release. Saying there is nothing positive about porn is like saying there's nothing positive about any other narcotic, including alcohol or if you're feeling particularly edgy, religion. It's fine and possibly even beneficial in moderation. | /r/seduction | 24/03/20 12:31 PM
[Field Report] I walked a girl out of my place: my recent experienceDayumm I wish I had your resume. Yea south Indians have the whole 'dear' and 'darling' thing going on too haha. Rock on man, you handled the interaction better than I could have. Good on you :) | /r/seduction | 24/03/20 11:37 AM
[Field Report] I walked a girl out of my place: my recent experienceAre yours? Because I said he was called that in this thread by users calling themselves women. Not necessarily you. I even upvoted some of your replies because I agree with your sentiments. He was generally being respectful and trying to push forward with the relationship without being entitled about it. I will however admit to misreading the manipulation part. As much as I disagree with that being a bad thing on a pickup forum, I messed up on that part. My bad. No need to be rude about it but t… | /r/seduction | 23/03/20 11:06 PM
[Field Report] I walked a girl out of my place: my recent experienceSure you weren't. Their genetalia don't make them magical so having them show up on a forum the majority of women feel gross about just to act like the dragons you're supposed to be out slaying doesn't spare them from being called names. Have a good laugh and good night. | /r/seduction | 23/03/20 10:33 PM
[Field Report] I walked a girl out of my place: my recent experienceMaybe. But if she's being a complete harpy and calling you delusional, cringy and an incel as the 2 or 3 of you have done on this very thread, I think the generalisation is somewhat justified. Sure OP may seem manipulative to you but none of what he did seemed to be done with malicious intent. He just sounds like a horny Indian teenager trying to get with a chick he likes and realising she's not reciprocating. Plus female feedback on seduction tactics is rather dodgy because you're pretty much g… | /r/seduction | 23/03/20 09:37 PM
[Field Report] I walked a girl out of my place: my recent experienceSorry but I'm going to have to disagree with you on their advice being valid. No offense to the girls but just like we would find the ways women flirt weird and yet be susceptible to it, the reverse is to be expected. Pickup advice from a girl is to be taken with a pinch of salt, unless you're a girl. Sure the dude's response was harsh but so were they. Op isn't even from the same culture as those 2 and they were digging right into him for doing things we in the west would consider normal and ca… | /r/seduction | 23/03/20 09:26 PM
Most girls only want your attentionI dunno. You withdraw attention from one subject and direct it to another. I don't even remember what I was trying to say with that lol. Have a nice evening :) | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 11:14 PM
Most girls only want your attentionCool. I'm glad we found common ground. :) | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 11:08 PM
Most girls only want your attentionWhy would she feel bad for days though? Unless they have each other's number or are going out on a date or something later there's no reason to even treat the event as anything other than a sort of deterrent from bad interactions, thereby steering the short term future interactions our hypothetical couple might have in a more positive direction. Manipulative? Sure. Malicious? I don't think so. Dumb? Well how dumb is it if it works? Hey, the 100s of scenarios in your head thing happens to us guys… | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 11:06 PM
Most girls only want your attentionHey the there's getting kind of long and I feel like you've summed it up nicely by implying that intentions mean a lot and that a show of interest, if mutual ought to be acted upon honestly. I find that we have rather common opinions there. Where we seem to disagree is where the showing of said intentions start and end. I'm still pretty shit at the whole pickup thing so I'm not going to even pretend I'd be able to even notice if a girl were to do what you described as flirting, let alone act on … | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 10:51 PM
Most girls only want your attentionSo they friend zone you? | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 03:29 PM
Most girls only want your attentionWell she could just ask then couldn't she? I mean if it's such a direct interaction she wants, all she would have to do is say it and leave the whole spiel of flirting and subtlety out of the interaction, which I'm sure doesn't sound too appealing to a girl. I'm kind of socially fucked so I might enjoy that I don't think. See I kind of agree with you when you say it means "I don't want you" but I'd like to add that it doesn't imply time or causality, which means it doesn't mean he doesn't want h… | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 03:18 PM
Most girls only want your attentionWhen you shift your focus? I dunno, I just kept referring to attention as a resource and so I meant when you shift it, you withdraw it from the first subject and give it to another. Sorry if that's confusing haha. | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 03:05 PM
Most girls only want your attentionSo in your first paragraph you seem to indicate that it's during or before you say hello, or what OP seems to refer to as "opening" that the leveraging starts. I don't know how that would work as you have to get her interested in you before any interaction takes place. Also, why would I cater to a girl's feelings if we're not in a relationship? A hello is a hello. Anything after that is already a negotiation. In your second, third and fourth paragraphs you define what manipulation and punishment … | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 03:01 PM
Most girls only want your attentionI disagree with it not being quid pro quo. When you withdraw attention you are merely depriving her of a resourse you have to give, thereby presenting her with the stick part of the carrot and stick analogy. The part she wants, however, is the attention or the carrot. The negotiation is in determining where the value of said carrot lies. Overselling it could come off as arrogance and you could lose her interest altogether. Of course this is just based off my experience. | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 02:24 PM
Most girls only want your attentionI was referring to those by magnetradio and insaneflirt (I know, nice username lol). I didn't even notice the one by tonchakoni but thanks for pointing me to it. My bad. | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 02:15 PM
Most girls only want your attentionWhy would you look at it as punishment though? I mean why would you want unconditional attention from somebody who's not part of your social group who's supposed to give you that? Is it manipulation whenever a woman flirts or uses her physicality to get what she wants too? Well yea but is it necessarily malevolent? In essence, I disagree with the notion that manipulation in this sense is punishment in as much as it is utilizing leverage in a negotiation. | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 02:10 PM
Most girls only want your attentionYou are being harsh. Overly harsh. Both of you. Some people don't know what they're doing wrong and rejections seem to come out of nowhere. Analyzing your interactions to ensure that your next ones go well is as much overreacting as going to the gym to look and feel more attractive. | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 01:54 PM
Most girls only want your attentionIs it? I don't really get that impression. The post above this one, for instance seems to indicate that the dude had already gotten past the introductory phase and she was being difficult. | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 01:34 PM
Most girls only want your attentionMaybe to make it a quid pro quo exchange rather than just giving the other party what they want and receiving nothing in return? I mean initial interactions are pretty much negotiations aren't they? | /r/seduction | 22/03/20 12:35 PM
