2	My 6 month journey and how I've changed This is very inspiring and positive! I also want to achieve the same level of self confidence and activeness in my life. I am completely new to this topic and joined this subreddit to bring similar improvements in myself. But I am so new to this that i don't get most of the stuff that is happening in here.
