2	My school is doing it right. They have a lecture series, weekly emails, and many other things happening beyond this poster board that is outside the cafeteria. The whole lawn is slowly becoming covered in the flags, and there are other areas on campus with more in-depth facts. Unless company policy says it is against policy to have one, then keep one with you that you can use to record your conversation with HR. They may do their best to avoid evidence, but you can still document it. 1	Outside of the obvious hostile domestic situations, in what way do you feel there is gender inequality targeted at men? My two favorites: (yes, kinda silly, but still present) 1: exposed skin on television. I am not a fit male by any means. I honestly am not too proud of the way I look, but I'm not a giant mass of flesh that undulates when I walk either.
