My father uses an app to see how many calories he will consume with every meal and he set a certain amount that he is allowed to eat, which is 1600. Everyone is different but giving that a shot on top of biking, running, and lifting weights should start you on the right track. You won't get any immediate changes of course, it takes at the very least half a year for most men to see any physical changes, just keep going at and don't stop, the minute you stop is the minute you lose the battle.

It's nice to see all the support and how everyone follows what's going on, I'm new to MGTOW so I don't really understand what this whole situation is all about but hopefully that will change soon as I start to look at these posts more. Just like to add that I'm 18 I know I'm young but I'm trying to put effort into growing myself as an individual.
