| 1 | 16 THINGS CRUCIAL FOR NATTY LIFTERS - SCIENCE BASED + MY OWN EXPERIENCERight now my fat is at 20% of 2500kcal which comes out to 56 g a day. I heard that going below 20% on fats leads to lower test levels which obviously would slow muscle growth. What’s your opinion on that? | /r/TheRedPill | 24/08/20 01:34 AM |
| 1 | 16 THINGS CRUCIAL FOR NATTY LIFTERS - SCIENCE BASED + MY OWN EXPERIENCEBro I’m fairly low on muscle and I’ve cut 55 lbs in the last year to go from 230 to 175. I look athletic now with low ab definition I just have one last layer of belly fat before I look super shreddy. Will my body fat percentage go down as I grow? I’m worried about eating a lot because I don’t wanna lose the athletic look I worked so hard for. Edit: progress photo https://imgur.com/gallery/vhkkH43 | /r/TheRedPill | 23/08/20 07:32 PM |

| 3 | 16 THINGS CRUCIAL FOR NATTY LIFTERS - SCIENCE BASED + MY OWN EXPERIENCEIs it even possible to get lean while getting big? There’s so much conflicting info online about whether you can lose fat and build muscle simultaneously. I’m a beginner, I’m not sure if I should bulk, cut, or if I can do recomp and do both at the same time. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/08/20 05:15 PM |
