If you are going up to these attractive women in bars and asking them to come home with you after a short time, it is fairly predictable they are going to say no. You might find dating "boring" but look at it from their point of view. They want to be reassured that you are not a rapist or at the very least you are not going to make them feel like shit for sleeping with you. True, some things you have no control over, but it is surprising how much is down to your own behaviour.

It is certainly true that you shouldn't pursue a dead end but that is not to say there isn't value in assessing why it turned into a dead end. This way, you can learn not to make the same mistakes next time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
