lol I’m the same height and went from 250 ish to 160 (now up to 170 from lifting but similar body fat %) and it wasn’t until very recently that my face and body started looking good. even now I just started dieting again to try to lose another 10 ish lbs of fat (love handles). the difference from 200 to 170 was insane for me.

I only justtt started lifting but the difference in my body is insane. It’s only a small amount of muscle but the difference I see in the mirror is crazy. But I did go from 160 to 165 lbs even though my belt is looser than it was at 160. So that’s more than enough motivation for now lol.

idk for me I am just not attracted to black women at all. it’s probably a cultural thing though since I’ve had very little interaction with any black people my whole life and have always lived in 90%+ white communities lol.

most young people are not overweight or obese. and I’m definitely a good looking guy but tinder is basically just ultra hard mode because of the gender imbalance.
