Key evidence in his case was not given to his lawyers. A Brady violation! But remember folks the SCOTUS has ruled that we as citizens do not have a right not to be framed by the state for a serious crime. Connick v Thompson.

It is probably more important to remove the ACLU as a credible thing given their conduct lately. They had team of trained credentialed lawyers work on that op-ed. This is the ki d of thing that should just end them.

SCOTUS has continuously abdicated its duty on many issues. Not just this one. They are are cowards on male only draft, qualified immunity, civil asset forfeiture. They are a hot mess of vanity and ego. We cannot count on them.

Yeah... I once somewhere about equal protection under the law. The judge must have missed that part in the US Constitution. Oh well.

Bro, if you go to HR, be sure to have another job lined up first. HR exists to protect the company not to protect employees. They are not your friends. When you go and report behavior like this your work place will become hostile to you. The bosses up the full chain will be your enemy.

Pretty sure they have been THAT stupid for a very long time and that it is a cumulative effect. Don't fret, at this rate the end is near.

Well she did not have anything to work with. Lawyers do what the clients tell them to. It is the audacity of the state to bring such an appeal. Oh my god!!

Title IX is about protecting the university. Not victims and certainly not the accused.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
