Because rejection goes from being cruel to being amusing. Life is a magical adventure and there’s beauty in every corner you turn.

TRT means Testosterone Replacement Therapy. If you want a shorthand for testosterone then just say Test, TST, Te or T where it can be contextually understood.

Not worth it. Live in truth and shut the fuck up. Once you give up on abject deceit, you will no longer exist in fiction. That’s the whole point of the red pill.

The psychoactive effects wear off in a couple hours. The latent effects last around 8. More depending on dosage or the effect you’re measuring.

No guarantees, I don’t know you. If you do all the stuff listed it will create an environment where you’ll encounter the least amount of sleep resistance you could reasonably get. Sleeping pills are fucked, they sedate your body and prevent healthy regenerative sleep. I’d strongly avoid. That’s my last comment to you on this topic, you should just see a sleep psychologist.

Yeah, make a daily routine and don’t cheat wake up at the same time every day exercise in the morning eat healthy/organic give up trash food see a male therapist apply yourself to a single important goal keep track of your life with a diary journal your dreams — No screens 1 hour before bed, not even to set your alarm. Just get a cheap alarm on Amazon and shut down your phone. enable night mode on your phone (makes the screen Orange-ish) no food 3 hours before bed no caffeine or non-prescribed s…

Honestly goal should be to achieve natural sleep, and you’ll have a harder time later when trying to get off the remedies anyways. That being said, I’m not a doctor, so listen to a sleep doctor about what to take. If you want me to recommend something, take melatonin, it’s the hormone in your brain that regulates sleep, and supplementing it should help. Camping works because it removes all artificial light and sound, forces you to expend energy, forces you into a state of mindfulness, and trigge…

Very good point, I’ve had to overcome sleep anxiety after reading it as well. Ironically enough it is mentioned in the book.

Yeah, get rid of technology and go for a very very long walk. No phone, bottle of water, small snack, and some sort of route that takes you through a lot of nature. Let your mind run wild, do whatever you feel like doing in the moment. Kick the air, climb a tree, throw a rock, punch the ground, talk to yourself, forgive yourself if you have to, scream your frustrations. Let your fantasies run wild. It’ll help your brain resolve itself and relieve you of stress and energy that’s been pent up. Do …

Book called “Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker. A good portion of the book stresses the importance of sleep (which would likely just rub salt in the wound), but it has several chapters advising on strategies to achieve natural sleep. These strategies include temperature control, routine management, meditation, and some environmental optimisations to doze off happily and properly. I have it on audible, and it’s 100% worth the read even for people without sleep troubles. It’ll help give you some per…

I never seriously considered community involvement, so I’ll look at that quite keenly. I’ve yet to do profiling, but I tend to sell better to younger people, I want to aim for older people. I’m trying to figure out what it is I’m doing that connects with similar aged people. The relationships with realtors and property managers have been very fruitful so far. Paid my salary 4x over by just being their go-to information guy. Could you elaborate on the cheerful heart? I have conflict when trying t…

My biggest lacking is getting complacent when I’ve Had a really good week or a massive massive sale. I’m hoping to use the diary for that follow up game boost so I never miss a client and make sure they’re spoken to. Outcome independence comes easy to me, but I never speak in a relaxed/comfortable confident manner. So that’s a big one, thank you.

Yes, my dad’s business partner wants to reach into door knocking very soon. I’ll make it a goal to get targeted campaigns going within 3 months in preparation for summer (aus) and book several neighbourhoods at once. I’ve done d2d solar, charity, scam charity (Red Cross), so it’s honestly a strong point of mine. I’ll make it a priority as winter starts warming up, since it’s the best time to sell in person, the pests start coming back around then. Appreciate the script, it’s very good. I general…

Thanks, most of my sales are over the phone but I’ll be working on this stuff regardless since I need it for life and it’s bound to have a good effect. Not to be a lazy cunt, but could I get links to a couple of your favourite posts ?

Thank you, the way your comment will impact my work going forward is KISS, identify better targets, move on quickly, get good at pattern recognition, dedicate disciplined and motivated time, and manage my time better. It gets difficult when all the products are functionally the same as other companies, I’m selling the ability to solve the problem reliably and honestly. Ultimately the most valuable thing I think I’m getting from you is that time management, focus, research, practice and experienc…

He never took a stance on makeup, then unedited interview shows that it is a thought experiment about limitations on sexual behaviour in the workplace, which is a very valid point to make since NBC banned hugging and BBC banned eye contact. Where do you draw the line? You could think of interesting answers instead of being offended. That Twitter link is him immediately self correcting. What’s that to imply, he hates gay people? No, because he believes they still deserve the same treatment. The r…

Sure. The lobster demonstrates that hierarchy is not a social construct, but a deep intrinsic brain function that is at least 400 million years old. It’s a counter to the claim that hierarchy is a social construct that can be completely torn up with positive effect. Women being the embodiment of chaos is an archetypal symbol to portray reality’s constant balance between order and chaos. Also chaos is not even really a bad thing, it’s an engine for change, innovation, growth, opportunity, creativ…

For most of history, people did not have the equalising power of guns. A woman loses to a man of the same weight in melee every time.

So you took a small sliver of his point, and are claiming that the reason men kill themselves is because they can’t express themselves, and that their moms aren’t part of the problem? Even if you’re right, you’re not proving his point wrong. But you’re not right, because suicide is an incredibly multivariate issue, and self expression has never been a proven metric regarding a significant portion of suicidality in men.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/03/21 01:55 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
