say someone disrespects you and it makes you feel bad. This is where mindfulness can be a useful tool. Instead of accepting the disrespect and feeling bad, allow it to pass through you. Take that power to make you feel good or bad from that person and restore it to its rightful owner, you.

I don't think spending a bunch of time in front of the computer is bad unless it results in you failing to enrich yourself somehow. It boils down to a really simple decision analysis: is this an enriching activity? Yes = do it; no = don't do it. The notion of doing a job you love is bullshit. Don't base your idea of a job on that bluepill dick sucking fantasty. You do a job that pays well enough that you just don't feel like killing yourself doing where you can pursue what you want to do in your free time. I used to believe this. Then I got my act together and realized I'd been cheating myself with my attitude of resignation. Now I absolutely love my career and what it pays. No more settling for me, thanks.
