Ok, so far she has messaged you on facebook, talked to you a couple of times, and touched your back twice. Was there anything said in those conversations or messages that was inappropriate? I understand that you feel she's OBSERVING you, more than you'd like. But standing in the same lunch line cwn be explained away if, for instance, theres only one lunch line in the school.
