I assume that black people earn as much as any other ethnicity, and that they are 13% of the population. 1/6 of them statistically have a felony conviction (per the FBI), only 2% of them will be able to have the millions available to them to run for office effectively (same as any other race). So 0.021 percent of the total population have the means and clean record to run, and are black. Those aren't great odds.

Running for office successfully generally requires 3 things. Money (as in millions), lots of good connections with people with more money than you, and a clean background check. Makes blacks very unlikely to win in general. The ones with the money and connections don't often have a clean background.

Silent Hill movie. Originally a man looking for his daughter, it works just as well as a Mom looking for her daughter. No unnecessary pussy power, just a plotline that nods to a Moms love being almost all consuming, same as a Dad's.
