Spend the first 3 months just talking to women without any expectations - good or bad. After that you should be use to interacting / approaching chicks which means you can concentrate on getting better.

Improve your physique and dress sense. More often than not the dude starts the conversation regardless of attractiveness. Do you get Indicators of interest ? e.g. eye contact, smiling, etc

It’s all about potential. Being tall usually gives you an advantage with girls and a lot of non white chicks would go out with a white dude if they are not dating someone in their own group over other guys. But if you are not confident such factors will not matter

You need to get over it. Even if the sex is not good at least you were able to get a girl attracted enough to have sex with you and like they say confidence is past victories. So the more sex you get, the better the performance.

Looks are the whole package. Not just facial aesthetics but dress sense, posture, confidence, charisma, etc. A good looking dude but with a intense no blinking stare is going to creep some chicks out.
