sorry if this is long, it just felt important. the reason why those things can be considered "misogynistic" is if you combine those preferences with objectification. If a woman only has value based to you based on her physical attributes and her appearance does not match them, then she is inherently worthless or of lesser value as a human being. obviously, the same can happen to men, it's just that society as a whole tends to overwhelmingly do this to women.

I wouldn't say a person's preference is automatically/inherently misogynistic or misandristic. However, as soon as you use them as a way to shame or harass others is where you enter the territory of being misogynistic or misandristic.
