Depends on your age 571 is average for someone around 60, a bit low for a 20 year old. However low T symptoms rarely show up in men with levels over 400. I'm 48 and on Trt for last year. Always been a gym goer 6ft1 and 225 @18% bf. For older lifters I believe the most important thing is to stay injury free, as recovery takes longer as you age. I know squats are more effective than leg extensions/leg bicep curl alternatives but the extra risk of injury negates that benefit. Jealousy is natures way of telling you that you have assigned too high a value to someone/something. You thought the girl was "yours" so you assign value to her, her actions make you jealous proving she isn't yours. Appropriate action reassign her value to the correct level or plate or next.

You're LTR going out with her ex who she still knows is in love with her = shit test. The fact that she even pulled this tells me she doesn't see you as Alpha. If you were her Alpha this wouldn't even enter her mind and she would have ceased contact with this guy by now. But she sees you as beta and he provides competition doubt (dread) and validation. At least you didn't go full beta and go into mate gaurding mode but the fact that she threw this particular shit test your way is not a good sign…
