Well you don't have to push yourself to laugh. It's best when it comes out naturally. I think my strongest asset is my sense of humor and I always laugh at my own jokes or things I say. And my laugh comes out naturally so the girl realizes "this guy is confident, he literally doesn't give a fuck if I find the joke funny or not".
