1	What are some things everyone should be doing everyday to become more attractive? Don't listen to these guys. There's actually research that if you don't cum regularly you will lose testosterone. The whole no fap is based on the idea that testosterone will build up because you haven't "released" which will make you talk to a female. It's total bullshit. If masturbating each morning leaves you peace and relaxed for the test of the day then keep doing it. What these no fappers are missing out on is not squatting heavy weights.
