It’s based on balance of probabilities, no evidence needed. The false accusers just put it out there, no smoke without fire, it’s easy to make and hard to disprove. 3	Friend hasn't been allowed to see kids for a year I am afraid it is not reasonable doubt but on balance of probabilities, if he has money, hire forensic psychologist, get himself analysed too. There is a time that you have to give up, accept it cause you won’t win. It’s not fair but the mother is nearly always believed, it’s hard to disprove a false allegation, no matter how innocent you are, you are fighting a uphill battle.
