You know she did it as a threat to the cop. She was not compliant and didn’t follow his request to step out after being asked how many times? It is a crime if you intentionally misuse 911 which she threatened to do.
That’s not accurate Mimms was about an accusation of illegal search and seizure of his revolver and then that happening to the passenger as well. Passengers can be detained and ordered out of a vehicle if there is suspicion of a crime, evidence in plain sight, or legitimate safety concerns.
No. Most jails will make accommodations for pregnant women (no waist shackles, no body scans, and regular conveyances for medical appointments) I don’t know if prisons do anything differently though.

Man that cop was beyond restrained. Even at the end when she grabs the night stick he keeps it all business. I hope the public is finally realizing there’s significantly more awesome cops than shitty ones.
