In Finland we have this conscript system so every man at 18 has to go to army, civil service or jail. Women can volunteer to army so they don't take any position from men. I guess that in case of a war it is good to have women who understand army systems so that they could be used on some tasks. But if you think about it it is also good that those women are not fighting because they would risk the whole unit being bad at fighting. Also only the enemy wants woman prisoners.

I live in Finland. I've had the salary conversation (woman makes only 80c for an euro a man makes) so many times and shot down those women who believe in it. I'm decently good looking, lift a lot, educated, good mannered and there are times I might be incel for few months. Despite the fact that I go out on weekends, hit on girls, go on dates etc. Sometimes it just does not work no matter how hard I try. I know this is paradoxal because the harder one tries to get laid, the easier women see it. But it is not for lack of action. I did not have game until I was ~21. And I had become very TRP. Afterwards I got game going on, and some points pretty well.
