Couldn't care less about masculinity/femininity. Kids need someone that raises them and it's harder for a single person, I'm pretty sure there is also a lot of girls being raised by single mothers. This sub became such a gutter. Time to unsubscribe.

I gave you one of the websites I used, if that's not enough you can Google yourself, SMH.

Nop not true. Took me 5mins to find out that for gender studies it is journal of gender and society with IF of 2.5(very low?) this geography thing is 1.5. again it is super easy to publish anything now days, for profit publishers are everywhere, and we are not talking about physics here.

Didn't see the podcast, but from what I hear their papers were all rejected from more prestigeous journals only some lesser known ones that publish anything took them. Nothing of importance here just a bunch of wonnabes going about their business.

You r not against feminism. I'm pretty sure there is plenty of ppl on this sub that that are, let's be honest feminism of 21th century isnt the same as the one from 20th. That being said, against something or trolling someone isn't necessarily "haterage" you jump to conclusions too quick bud.

Well that's the vibe I got when my post got downvoted to Oblivion and bunch of guys started posting that "clearly men collaborate to keep women out of sweet gig in sewer cleaning ". Obviously men and women are different but extrapolating it to certain levels like that survey in the article does is useless pop-culture science that brings literally nothing to the table. it's not like it was a double blinded placebo controlled study on cohort of twins in different environments with all cofounding v…

Even your hyperboly doesn't work most of the time in nature it is not either or but rather combination of the 2.

Not to mention data was collected from surveys. I stated exact same points as you in one of the comments and got bombarded with down votes and hyperbolic replays, this sub is going no where if only "let's hate all women" stuff has right of being taken seriously.

First of all I'm a male, secondly mischaracterizing the issue as you do, brings you much closer to feminists than you realize. Looks like mrm turns into another case of red pill and mgtow who knew....

Nope, I'm sorry but one can not simply attribute something to either nature or nurture merely based on survey, the studies that would be necessary are almost impossible to design, might even range on the border of unethical.

Actually it should not be common sense, as I do not think it is a well enough established fact that there are biological factors that make men disproportionally better at some tasks than others and vice versa for females. Take the quoted study in the article posted above it was just a survey ( I couldn't find source study so am basing it on the article posted) a survey of a lot of ppl but just a survey, there might be many cofounding variables at play here for example there are biological differ…

Relax man, yeah of course he can act stressed and all that, but what do you expect ppl say shit it's life, personally I hope if a guy accuses future female supreme Court Justice the same thing would follow, those are ppl with a lot of responsibility and they should be the very best to us. And no one is condemning kav. Because she acted "sad" but rather he didn't present himself during that time in the best way. It's all here say yes but the way it unfolded makes even me believe something went do…

Skimmed through that briefly and on first glance looks about right kav. Did show a rolecoster of emotions and imho is not fit for that resoonsibility of setting future laws in this country. Dunno about the mod comments tho didn't go that far. Btw there are also threads on that sub about genuine problems like men's issues during Misscarriage being ignored etc etc.

I skimmed through some they didn't seem nothing to get so worked up about. Tbh less invasive than mgtow, redpill or mrm, I think you overreacting.

Like I said slow down, not choosing a side not condemning but I definitely can distinguish "ideological nutjobs". Hint they will not acknowledge that the opposite side might have value to contribute as well.

Slow down cowboy. Honestly just subbed to the page right now after reading your rant, it is not a war of men vs woman so chillax.

I think I would be careful here as to not condemn the general idea behind the movement, what I mean by that is as much as majority of red pill and mgtow ppl do not represent general premis behind mrm and this I would define as being the same that is behind feminism simply equality, all those loud and idiotic feminism do not really represent equality, and tbh kavanaugh is imho not a figure I'm willing to support.

The wall of text for nothing I'm sorry for you, those studies we're first of all not done on humans but on earthworms and the subjects we're exposed to very high concentrations of bpa and even during that time not all worms developed problems, not that the study would be a double blinded placebo controlled anyways. Correlation is not causation!
/r/MensRights10/10/18 09:26 PM
1

Relax, thank God I didn't have to read all of this nonsense, stopped at word cause. I assure you no serious scientist will say that bpa causes fishes to change sex, there might be some correlation, throw some bad research in the mix and we got ourself a conspiracy theory. B/c serious research is more complex than let's look if bpa will bind to estrogen receptors, and if it does that has to mean it turns frogs gay 😂😂😂.
/r/MensRights09/10/18 08:02 PM

They? Who's they? You took one unproven thing and made it a cause of another. Really when it comes to health problems I don't think bpa or estrogen are a good target unless ppl are taking some sort of biologically active bpa pills same goes for estrogen, no one makes us swallow estrogen pills. I'm a mrm guy but boy do you paint with a broad brush.

I guess I can agree to a point. You are right it's only hearsay not actually evidence of something taking place and the fact that it was 30 years ago just makes it worse, I myself only remember mabye 1% of what happened 10 years ago, so whatever their buddies have to say it is pretty much useless, unless they were eye witnesses of the act which would probably imprint but than again it's only hearsay. I do definitely agree on your take of current state of MGTOW, but than again what do we expect w…

Agreed, and it probably will get worse before it gets any better. Ppl are too much ideologically alligned, hopefully trump reps and Dems will fuck up the country enough for ppl to wake up and exercise some common sense.

I really rather not see him confirmed, he clearly is not the best supreme Court Justice material, this country should be able to do much better, but hey mabye not after all we got Trump elected so what do I know.

You r deluding yourself if you believe that women somehow magically are less likely to lie to you than man, both sexes lie and if anything I'm pretty sure it will be the one more socially inclined that would like to uphold social image. There is a big distinction b/w social interactions of men and women depending on the social standing, and it is more complex than you make it to be. I'm pretty sure that in low income communities women are much more highly valued and men suffer greatly. But than …

I totally agree with you on all the points, he attended school with a golf course attached to it, that devil's triangle and all the crying, dude is not a material for supreme Court Justice. Yeah the accusations might be false but they might be true I'm not calling him a rapists b/c there is just hear say evidence from the victim, but the same way I'm not calling him a rapists I'm not gonna call her a cunt or w/e, this sub turned into some sort cult that hates 1/2 of the population. I'm not planning on investigating it mabye it works with desktop website but on Android app censored subs don't even appear in searches and there is no way to access them, regardless I'm not going to split hairs here censoring is censoring, Reddit is a private property as far as I'm aware so they can do w/e they want, but that does not change the fact that some ppl like me will be outraged and will look for other alternative avenues to Reddit.

That basically says nothing, I was always able to do that, the issue is with censorship/influencing/pushing propaganda on a large scale not on me as an individual. "At least you can make your own decisions" is really putting the bar low.

I'm not a big red pill fan a lot of the stuff they were pushing was just simply wrong, but they did get some things right, and it was a space for some men to vent, it was the place that got me interested in men's rights and issues in society, same goes to mgtow even thou I do not entirely support them I can say that some of their stuff is right. This is pure unjustified censorship.

I withdrew 2 years ago as in I keep my social interactions outside work to bare minimum. Although I think some of your rethoric is biased in general I do agree. Our government has created way too many incentives and debt social fabric is woven by brainless masses that reproduce before they actually even try to understand life. Now to the things I do not agree with imho Trump is a horrible president elected by same masses mentioned before, immigration is actually good it saves money while making …

The worst part is that majority of society hooks up has kids, and than works their ass off just to stay afloat neglecting actual fact that they should raise their children to be better people than previous generation, poor kids grow up to be fucking normies following whatever trends are shown to them on the internet or TV without ever questioning anything. It is astonishing to me how people can only find meaning in life by procreating, and sociaty keeps reinforcing this. I say quality over quant…

I'm doing a night shift and it's 4am so I only skimmed that wall of text. But I would like to say why I think Trump is a horrible president. Trade wars is a horrible idea it ruins economies, just look on the immediate consequences subsidies to Farmers that will come from our tax dollars, I'm scared to think of long term consequences. Comprehensive immigration reform is not a blanket ban on immigration, every new US worker costs us around $200k from conception to 18yo (more if subsidies for colle…

Let's relax for a moment and acknowledge the fact that you didn't know in the beginning what was going on, she is still a human and deserves helping hand, yeah it was dumb letting her in to your apartment and driving her in your own car, but at the same time people should help each other, and you never know she might have been hurt and bleeding or whatever good in you for helping, next time do it a bit smarter, sharing stuff like this also helps educate others what to do in situations like this,…
