the weirdest part is that they admitted to it in one of their responses, in a document submitted to the court i don't have to prove it
/r/Divorce_Men22/06/25 04:43 PM
8

she lets the kids sleep in the same bed with him it's weird and feels like they're grooming the children
/r/Divorce_Men22/06/25 04:13 PM

you can do meditation after you file filing locks down the financials as of the date of filing, it also establishes a status quo and prevents both parties from leaving the state filing first also just gets the ball rolling "no, you file first" can result in months of delays of "oh, well, i need this and that before i file" blah blah blah
/r/Divorce_Men21/06/25 05:18 PM
3

they're delusional!
/r/Divorce_Men20/06/25 03:49 AM

/r/Divorce_Men20/06/25 03:48 AM
8

you can control the speed of the process a little more if you file first i just appreciated having more control i told her to file first but then had her served the next day douchey of me? yes justified because she's a cheating whore? also yes

rather than freezing the accounts, i practically froze them by maxing out the cards to avoid being accused of "financial alienation" it resulted in a lot of unnecessary debt my ex-wife was trying to deplete the funds and spent a lot of money with her boyfriend in my mind, it looked better if i said "the cards are maxed out" rather than "i froze the accounts" i am not a lawyer though. talk to your lawyer
/r/Divorce_Men23/04/25 04:27 PM
2

i should have just frozen the accounts instead, i maxed them out freeze them, the consequences from my perspective are so minor that likely nobody will care

get out, get away custody can be changed later it's not without difficulties, but i think you should expedite the divorce process
/r/Divorce_Men27/03/25 02:11 AM

you can always fight for more custody later settle now and start rebuilding yourself, and meanwhile you can give her just enough rope to hang herself
