I have stopped lifting (mainly due to traveling) and do believe that lifting/ or heavy exercise inherently attracts women. Testosterone & other endorphines can be sensed by women (at least the healthy ones).

its a numbers game, get rejected 40 times and the 41st you wont.... online dating sites, craigslist ads, whatever you can, exhaust your resources. make friends w girls plutonically through events/ yoga/ painting classses etc

You're 5'7. You could get to be like 150lbs and be a "big" guy. Just work out consistently and eat a bunch. As a 6'2 guy, there are guys who are easily 6 inches shorter but seem as big as me cuz they are bulked up.
