I got the recommendation for custody change but have to go through friend of court till they determine we cnr reach an agreement. He is best in county hr used to be their DA

Thanks you. There kind of is at11 the court will ask but the judge can disregard it. Supposedly he might not even be interviewed during this if they don't want to.

She sold his electronics. They make us do mediation before court in MI so i have to go through it till it runs it course which prolly wont be till fall. He is afraid to get caught talking to us he will ge punished. And he realizes she is controlling we talked about on a bike ride last summer, he brought it up.

My time gets upped every month. In april i get him every other weekend. She rerouted her mothers best buy card ans had it rerouted to her house charged 5k and sold it on ebay. Her mother never even pressed charges. In sept told her mother if she gave her 2k he could stay for the weekend. Most recent was if she paid for her tabs insurance and licence she would let him play baseball. Her an i have no contact because the last tine she did this stunt i wrote he off as nothing. I have submitted the text to file. That is why they gave me custody change recommendation. The drugs are harder cause they are rx but she is abusing them.

I am stuck in mediation for a ling while. While in front of the judge i aske him if we could move it family court. He said i think i know what y.ou are getting at an i don't think you want that. I want eit so bad because she says everyone is mental or abusive. Everyone but her will say the opposite including her family. I want my son in font of a professional to see how she manipulates him

Sorry should have elaborated. We were not married. My son is 11. I called because she repeatedly said she could not handle things and said she wasn't going to feed him if i didn't. Past calls i know of were all drug related. Michigan has unlimited welfare.

I was asked in mediation if i wanted her put in jail and i said i could really care less what happens to her. I just wanted my make up parenting time. Also she has been on welfare and housing since he was born. Lives of child support and ha not worked since 2009. Has had cps called 4 times i know and only once was me.
