It is not my decision to make, but the way I look at it, it is an abuse to raise a child as a single parent of it can be avoided. It is certain that children do better, other factors remaining equal, if the are raised by their father and mother. Given this, and unwillingness to comit to any female, I would say the best course of action would be to go childless, and after that to adopt, but even then I think priority for adoption should go to couples.

I was told with my forth son he had this and would need to have it fixed when he was 6 months old. The urologist that examinied him at 6 months didn't even notice.
